We loved staying again! The location is perfect for us - both on the beautiful beach, and near the point. The house is set up just right to enjoy with friends with large gathering spaces, and still have some space of your own. This was an extraordinary experience; one of our favorite spaces and trips that we have ever had. The nature is unbeatable. Monkeys and macaws are your close neighbors. The jungle is home, and the energy it provides is nurturing and deeply spiritual. The layout of the house is spacious and open. The beach is private and a beautiful 5 minute walk. Great place to stay!!

Our group of four spent two nights/three days at Casa Topo. It was an excellent, affordable hub for our travels to Corcovado Park, Puerto Jimenez, and Playa Blanca. Casa Topo is clean, has your basic amenities for simple meals, and is located three minutes from a grocery market. Note that the location is in La Palma which is about 20 minutes from Puerto Jimenez. If you are looking for a hub (with an air conditioner!) for day trips all over the region we would recommend. Thanks Roberto and Dani! Also, be sure to stop by the Soda four minutes down the road (en route to Playa Blanca) to have fresh juice and a good meal. Leila, the owner, is a delight.

We LOVED Patricia's place. it took us awhile to get used to the heat as we arrived from Canada. The property is so beautiful and well maintained. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Everyday we saw new animals. We saw all 4 species of monkeys right outside our door! We also saw Toucans, Macaws, agouti, Coati and a Tayra all on the property in 5 days. I would absolutely recommend Patricias place and hope to return one day :)

The perfect house for surfing !

Beautiful grounds, a nice airy place, and helpful hosts. Couple minute walk to the water. It's possible to surf out front sometimes, but the main breaks are 5-10 drive minutes away. You can walk to Pan Dulce at low tide. Lots of wildlife. Was especially excited to see a ton of spider monkeys, which you don't see a lot in other areas of Costa Rica.

This was our second stay with Nannette. The first time we stayed in the bungalow and this time we stayed in the villa. Both are wonderful!! We really loved the extra space inside and outside at the villa, and the pool was a welcome addition. There are so many great touches to discover here... the outdoor shower, an amazing indoor shower, several seating areas to linger and enjoy the property, beautiful artwork, a fully equipped kitchen, I could go on and on. The grounds are maintained beautifully and wild life is visible daily without having to go anywhere. Nannette and her team are great hosts, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We are already plotting our return. We have traveled all over Costa Rica and have found we prefer the laid back and uncrowded vibe of the Osa. Thank you Nannette for sharing your paradise with us!!
