It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Die EG-Wohnung ist in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage. Zu Fuß kann man an den Strand (das Meer genießen), Restaurants oder Bars besuchen sowie Einkäufe erledigen. 2023 haben wir die Wohnungen mit Liebe zum Detail neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Wir haben darauf geachtet moderne & traditionelle Elemente zu verwenden um der typischen Inselarchitektur treu zu bleiben aber dennoch neue Technik einfließen zu lassen. Die Wohnungen sind voll klimatisiert & werden durch Klimadecken beheizt sowie gekühlt.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
