Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a private terrace. Studio is situated on the low ground floor of the house. The pool is shared with guests from the another apartment situated in the same house. Parking is in the yard. The pool opens on 01.06. and closes on 01.10. A/C and Wi-Fi are included in the price.
