Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The cottage consists of a kitchen (15 m2) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m2) upstairs. Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only there a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of property area, partly fenced (the green area in front of the property is not fenced), so that a dog brought along can also go for a walk alone. A garden with beach chair, a sandbox for the little ones, a chill-out corner and sun loungers is available. Peace and nature are advantageous.
