Far exceeding expectations, apartment equipped with everything, impeccable cleanliness, large and well-organized spaces. Surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy the tranquility of the area while being close to towns. Valentina is the perfect host! Discreet but always present. Overall, a marvel!

We had a great time at Silvia's place. The apartment is in a very good location, parking nearby is free, the beach is within walking distance, very close to the city center. Silvia is an extremely pleasant host, and very responsive. She is also very flexible when checking in and out. I highly recommend Silvia's apartment for your stay in Cagliari!

Tomasso was very helpful before as well as during our stay. He gave us multiple recommendations of where to go as well as of some potential restaurants to try out. The apartment was located in a great area, with restaurants and historical sights all within walkable distance. The beach was easily accessible by bus which was only a few minutes away. The host always felt approachable and friendly, but never to the point where it would be overbearing. Our stay was overall amazing and if we're ever back in Cagliari, we'd choose this place again for our stay.

The accommodation was exactly as it is in the photos. Clean and tidy rooms and bathroom. The house has everything you need. Easy and convenient check-in/check-out system. Communication with Francesco and his colleagues was easy and they always answered our questions.

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

Short stay with the Family. 2 Minutes by foot to the beach and there is also a playground for the kids. Great apartment with a nice terrass.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had a wonderful 9-day stay! The accommodation was very clean, modernly decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. The location is quiet and beautiful and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward at all times. We particularly liked the loving details in the decor and the cozy atmosphere as well as the beautiful view of the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

The highlight was the view on the beautiful terrace! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. It was fun to cook and eat with the beautiful view was a dream. Andrea gave us great tips. We visited the family restaurant, enjoyed the friendly service and the high quality food. It was a very nice time! We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

We had a wonderful stay at this property—perfect for families! Francesco was incredibly helpful and responsive from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and very family-friendly, with thoughtful touches throughout. But the true highlight was the pool—absolutely beautiful and the center of our experience. Our kids loved every moment spent there! The location was also ideal, with quick and easy access to the grocery store, the charming town of Pula, and the historic site of Nora. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient Sardinian getaway!

We were personally very warmly welcomed and there was a very nice welcome package with a cold beer, wine with snacks and lots of fruit. Totally great👍. The apartment is completely furnished and has good amenities, is conveniently located to the center and a number of wonderful beaches. I was able to stay at Carla's apartment twice during a 6 week work trip. This place is perfect for a work trip! I was especially struck by how good the internet set up is here for working from home after a week trip out of town with very poor internet access. If you're coming to Cagliari for work or will need to work, this is a great space for that. In addition, the space is also very modern and has all that you would need for cooking and dining at home. The location is at the edge of a private residential area but within 1-2 minutes you're on the main shopping street with plenty to do! There is also the terrace, which is lovely. Carla is also very sweet, responsive, and communicative. She kept me updated about things in the apartment and always asked if/when she could stop by if there was an issue.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the equipment is new. Great outdoor grill! You need a car in the location, but you have a nice view. Beaches of Chia 10 min. by car, supermarkets in Pula also about 10 min. Down on the main road, directly opposite, there is a holiday resort leading to a beautiful beach (small parking lot after about 400 m on the right). We felt very comfortable and Stefano is the perfect host! Always available, competent and very helpful. A later check-out was possible, but again our thanks!!

Lovely apartment, clean and modern, in a very good location, just across the beach, we really enjoyed our stay here. The communication with Silvia was effortless, she is a superhost indeed. We would come again, for sure!

We were guests at Anto&Gio for four days and can only recommend the apartment. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, the hosts were always available to us. Fresh fruit, water, wine, beer and ice cubes were available for us. The apartment is clean, large and tastefully furnished. Even flowers from their own garden were used for decoration. The terrace with the panoramic view is super beautiful both day and night. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the surroundings. Thank you for everything!

Jennifer always responded very quickly to requests. The place was a dream to be in. I would especially like to emphasize that it was very clean and it always smelled great. On the roof terrace you can certainly spend a beautiful evening, unfortunately we did not have the time to do so. I highly recommend Jennifer's accommodation.
