Quiet and fantastically located house near the beach. Very clean and lovingly furnished. Very fast and friendly contact. Fantastic to have a good time in the south of Sardinia.

The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

We had a wonderful start to the holiday at Raffaela's place. Communication in advance went smoothly. We were warmly greeted with an incredibly delicious wine. The entire complex is well maintained and clean, the equipment extensive and in very good condition, so we could cook every evening. Raffaela thinks of everything, from the dish sponge to the conditioner, in principle we could have arrived without any equipment. Also for a beach visit, everything is on site (parasol, etc.) I have never experienced such a well-equipped accommodation, where I immediately felt at home. At the property you have absolute peace and quiet and yet you are a few minutes' drive from the beach, have shopping facilities. Be sure to try the delicious figs in Chia, which are also sold at fruit stands.

Marco and Elena are very welcoming and attentive hosts. They had toys and sea toys ready for the children, so they immediately felt at home. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and very clean. The bedroom was well shaded and quiet. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Marco was on a short bike trip with his husband and showed him the surroundings. The house seems generous and the garden is also shaded. We recommend the accommodation to anyone looking for peace and a homely environment.

Nice cottage with all necessities, traditional but with enough luxury. We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived late, and got a lot of explanations about the house and surroundings. The rest of the week the owners were not there, but otherwise madre lives in the basement, and she has her own garden. We especially loved the big garden with flowers and lots of places to sit down. There were often sweet cats walking around, very cozy. It was incredibly quiet at night. We used the bikes to discover the many beaches, very convenient. In many places, beach bars were already open, even though it was still pre season. A somewhat larger supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. The walk along the coast on the old Roman road is recommended.

Valentina was a wonderful host, we had a lively time with great weather, all the facilities of a house - plenty of space. Any hitches were taken care of immediately & lots of helpful advice on what to do and great places to eat. We had a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable visit to Sardinia - thank you!

If you’re looking for an authentic experience off the beaten path, but a short drive to great beaches, superstores, and 30 minutes to Cagliari, then this is the place! A tranquil property with beautiful citrus tree groves (we picked lemons and oranges daily!), and a home filled with love and character, built by previous generations of Vittoria’s family. She and her sister were flexible with our check-in, met us personally, recommended a restaurant for dinner & where to shop the next day, and even took our sons in-hand to show them the gardens. Over the next few days, we drove <30 minutes to incredible beaches. Vittoria has some great recommendations. Kitchen well-stocked. Beds comfortable. My only watch-out is the stairs to the 2nd floor are a little rickety. For the young and/or the elderly, it may be a little challenging. The listing is correct - you need a car. For those renting, remember to get an international drivers license! Needed for many rental agencies.

We stayed at Antonello's place with our two kids and it was perfect for us. Antonello and Marisa welcomed us very warmly, well equipped us with tips for excursions and restaurant visits and were always available. The place is not huge but nice and very comfortable. Especially the large garden has distorted it very much for us as a family. There was really everything you could need for us at home and in the kitchen and we always found everything quickly. A highlight was also the beautiful beach, which you can reach on foot (also with a four-year-old) and the cute playground/surroundings in the residential area, where our children could have a lot (and safe) outdoor space. We were really very satisfied and highly recommend the place!

A pleasant surprise in a lovely place. The property matches the description and photos. Mrs. Giovanna and her husband welcomed us and assisted us with extreme kindness and helpfulness. The location is very strategic for visiting the most beautiful beaches in the area including the nearby beach within walking distance. We will gladly return

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

We stayed in Sheila's apartment for 4 nights: we arrived late by plane and Sheila welcomed us very well despite the late hour. The apartment matches the description and photos, very clean and tidy. Parking is easy to find, we always parked in the street of the house or in a parallel one a minute's walk away. Around the house there are various grocery stores, supermarkets and everything that may be needed is easily accessible on foot. Sheila also provided us with a crib and a high chair for the baby and also a toy to entertain him. What can I say? We'll definitely come back to see you, Sheila!

Angela and his wife have built a wonderful place! The photos don’t do justice to this nugget of paradise. You won’t want to go anywhere else and just enjoy the place.

Paolo was great host. He welcomed us super warmly. The apartment was as described and we didn't lack anything. From the terrace, you had a wonderful view of the sea.

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

We had a pleasant stay at Simone's. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and identical to the description. The outdoor setting with swimming pool and garden are appreciable. The neighborhood is quiet. A peaceful place to rest and unwind. Simone is a great host. He is very responsive and attentive. He advised us well on the beaches where to swim. He's also very generous. He offered us vegetables and he offered us a pizza evening. We had a great time with the other guests. We recommend it!

We stayed at the property with two children for two weeks. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the view of the bay was gigantic, the accommodation was well equipped as described and very clean. Fabio always gave us numerous tips quickly. You could reach various beaches on foot, even if it is a steep mountain on which the accommodation is located (for the view). There was nothing missing and we would come back immediately. Definitely a recommendation!

We had. a wonderful stay at Angelo's place. The house is truly amazing. Lots of shade and green areas. The outside dining area is fantastic. The house was clean and included all amenities and beach supplies. The beach by the house is spotless clean with crystal clear waters. Angelo is a great host, truly kind and communicative. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

We had a great stay, the house is spacious, as described, the residence is quiet and clean, we even saw deer and deer!! Beautiful terrace and pool. Antonella is very kind and flexible (we arrived a little late). They welcomed us with some local specialties. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

Very quiet and shaded environment, space, beach 2 steps from the house with lots of space and tranquility . Very well equipped accommodation and Paolo was very welcoming and available. Yet we arrived quite late but he was patient. i highly recommend.

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.
