Vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta

The depa is incredible, it is located in one of the best condominiums in Vallarta, many pools, several activities, spa and restaurant at very affordable prices, with direct beach access! The area is ideal for walking, next door there is a shopping square and facing several of my favorite restaurants

Awesome location and quiet building. Stayed for a week, unit was clean and modern, 24hr door man, and quiet rooftop pool. Only 10 min walk to beach and main restaurant area. Host was super responsive. Love this building, will definitely be back.

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

We were a bit hesitant to book an Airbnb for this trip, but the incredible reviews convinced us to go for it and we’re so glad we did. The condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The condo was clean, spacious, peaceful, and in an amazing location. We loved relaxing at the large, quiet pool onsite (often with no one else around) and also spent most of our time enjoying the Vidanta amenities, including the Grand Mayan pools, restaurants, and walking paths. Getting into Vidanta was quick and easy every time. What truly made the trip amazing was the host, Lupita. She was like a personal tour guide: friendly, responsive, and full of great suggestions for places to eat and explore. She always responded within minutes and made everything feel seamless. The staff at the building were also incredibly welcoming and helpful. This stay exceeded all our expectations, and we will 100% book this place again on our next trip. Huge thanks to Lupita for making everything so perfect!

Jessica and Mariela were fantastic hosts. Always responded quickly to our questions and were very helpful. The condo is beautiful, the pools were amazing. Each pool a different temperature, something for everyone. They could use more loungers but I heard that is being addressed. Highly recommend this condo for your stay

Excellent place , the practically new facilities,the pools clean , air conditioned , the jakuzis super comfortable temperature and with hydromassage , the swim lane on the second floor with beautiful view we loved it ,the apartment very spacious and very well used the spaces. We had a washing machine , dryer, soap to wash clothes and dishes , good shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms , the location of the place we liked to go to walk to the seawall !.In general, we spent a few days very comfortable ! We highly recommend it .

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Kevin's airbnb – it’s the best place to stay! I've had the pleasure of returning several times and the unit itself is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and with all the comforts you could want. The views from the balcony are stunning. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make sure our stay is great - whether it's offering local recommendations or providing quick assistance with anything. The location and building are unbeatable as well. The multiple pools and restaurant/bars are so nice to have on property, and it is just a short drive from Zona Romantica, so its peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The rooftop pool has impeccable views. You won't regret staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as described on the ad, and had everything we needed for a comfortable 12 day stay. With the pool just a few steps outside of our patio door, my young daughter was in her glory being able to wake up and go straight in! The beach was a 15 minute walk, and there were many restaurants and other amenities close by! We would definitely stay again!

Super professional and prompt host! European/Canadian/US standards of apartment and amenities. I especially liked the filtered water option. Super convenient location near everything yet quiet. PS Our airplane was at 6:20pm and the host kindly allowed us to stay way past the checkout time. How considerate!

This place is in an excellent location! Not too far away from Malacon, but just far enough to escape some of the noise from downtown late at night. This place was incredible, looked just like the photos and Jorge was great at communicating quickly! Definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Perfect place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. I would definitely book again and recommend it to others. Please keep in mind it is centrally located so it is quite noisy but it was fine for us. Mery was very attentive and always so helpful.

My husband and our three adult kids stayed here for about a week. What can I say that others have not already said - this place is amazing and well worthwhile, with beautiful views, comfortable beds, large open living space, a peaceful, private and stunning location, lots of activities in PV and great hosts. 100% recommend staying here. We enjoyed charming cobblestone walks to Playita restaurant right on the beach (pretty much every day!), a warm pool, beach time, hanging out on the balcony overlooking pool and ocean, and lots of easy Uber trips into town, the boardwalk and to Punta Mita. The only con is how sad you will feel when you have to leave. Everyone - including our hosts Enrique and Nacho - was friendly and responsive and we can't wait to come back.

Really nice place to stay at. I went with my family of 12 and we all had a great time. The kids love the pool. We also had access to the beach, which was like six minutes walk. We didn’t rent a car but it was really easy getting around with Uber.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

During our stay Juan Carlos was always kind and attentive to our questions, the pool area is really nice! and it's right in front of the property. At the entrance to the residence there is a guard 24/7 so the security is very good.

I thought it was a super comfortable house, everything was great, furniture, cleanliness, I love every detail, it seems that they maintain it and that's great. I would come back again, even my friends would consider staying with their families there. Angela was very attentive and available, 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!
