Waterfront vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta

The place was easy to find. Beach was in walking distance and lots of restaurants.

These guys were amazing… from assistance at airport arrival and departure, to continued communication, to grocery shopping with us. They turned things over to Alex upon check-in, who was also amazing. He showed us around the place, gave great instructions, and even assisted us in arranging an excursion activity. The condo was very clean and as described. Both Tony and Alex gave recommendations on restaurants and we tried a few- All wonderful. The condo has beautiful views. It was clean, restaurants and beaches are walkable, and we always felt safe. It was a perfect trip for my daughter and I. Venture out and try things!! Thanks Tony!! All three of you are wonderful. Hope to see you guys in July!!

This was the perfect space for a relaxing vacation! The full kitchen and option to stock the pantry allowed us to make meals at our leisure. The balcony and full length windows made for great sunset views and there’s nothing quite like falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of waves. We highly recommend this condo and both Sean and Jesus were incredibly responsive and helpful.

We had a great time. We’ve been to Puerto Vallarta a few times, this was our first time in an AirBnB in the city. The condo was gorgeous and looks just like the pictures, the pool area was spectacular. It is right on the beach. Christine was the best host and very communicative. The concierge team was very friendly and the building and grounds were extremely clean. There are a few coffee shops within walking distance that we enjoyed and a fun tequila tasting around the corner. We would definitely stay again.

I absolutely loved this Air bnb! It was literally a dream! There was a minor hiccup with wrong instructions, I ended up being in the wrong unit but Micaela was very responsive and attentive so I really appreciated that. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs and things to do within walking distance so I think it’s really worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 4 traveled to PV to celebrate a 16th birthday and the layout of Laura place could not have been better. Even more stunning than the pictures, the place was very upscale (to include luxury linens and super comfy beds) and incredibly clean! We used both indoor and outdoor spaces. Walked to get groceries but mostly took Uber everywhere (which was simple and about a 10-15 min ride wherever you go). The pool was amazing also and so was the tour we took with Vallarta Adventures based on a recommendation from Laura. We navigated both balloon and bakery delivery with ease while there. Anything we needed and Laura was very responsive and just so accommodating. Highly recommend!

La estancia es todo perfecto, muy agradable, te sientes como en casa, el loft tiene todo lo necesario y un poco más para estar cómodo y disfrutar, las albercas increíblemente limpias, hay personal 24/7 para apoyarte y la vista a mar desde la ubicación del balcón está genial.

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Had a wonderful time staying at Lourdes’ property. She was a great host, super responsive to all our questions and proactively shared recommendations for people to reach out to, places to eat/explore, and things to do. Would recommend.

El departamento estuvo increíble, se apega a la descripción totalmente. Fuimos con toda mi familia, niños pequeños, adolescentes y adultos y todos disfrutamos enormemente. El servicio de Karina y Raúl (personal de apoyo) nos facilitó muchísimo la estancia. Muy atentos, serviciales y amigables. La ubicación con la alberca, y el mar enfrente no tiene precio. La vista al mar de las habitaciones, es HERMOSA!! Gracias por todo, regresaremos.

Tuvimos un fin de semana increíble. La casa es amplia, cómoda y muy bien equipada. La alberca es deliciosa, siempre calientita y perfecta para relajarse. Viajamos con dos perritos y la casa fue ideal también para ellos: segura, con espacio y pet friendly. La atención de los anfitriones fue excelente, siempre atentos y amables. Sin duda, un lugar al que queremos volver. Súper recomendada

Had a lovely stay! Perfect location for a large group/family. Private and safe. Marlene, Tony and their property manager, Jorge, were very responsive and proactive about any questions or issues. The house is beautiful and well-equipped (with a very clean and well-maintained grill!). A small, private beach is a short walk down the hill (with a nice amount of shade!) - there are beach chairs, an umbrella, small cooler, etc. at the house for you to use, which was thoughtful and helpful. The walk might be difficult for some, but my children (ages 2 and 5) were able to walk down without issue (the 2-year-old did need to be carried back up). Overall, really enjoyed our stay!

Excelente lugar, el anfitrión muy amable y al pendiente en todo momento. Fue en viaje familiar con mascotas y nos sentimos muy agusto. Cuenta con áreas verdes al por mayor, por todos lados, fue realmente agradable.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Martha’s place! She is a great host—very kind and responsive. The home was beautiful, extremely clean, and in excellent condition. It had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The location was perfect—close to everything and in a safe, quiet neighborhood that’s great for walking. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!

We had a long stay and a perfect time at John’s place. It was exactly what we wanted with a beautiful view, private pool, and proximity to Zona Romantica. John was extremely responsive and flexible from booking to check out and essentially provided a concierge service for us. He also had recommendations for restaurants, things to do, and transportation, and we really appreciated all his help. The villa is very clean and very spacious. There were plenty of amenities to keep us comfortable, and we loved the welcome from the house manager with margaritas and guacamole. The air conditioning works very well. The pool is larger than it looks in the photos, has a great panoramic view of the bay, and faces the sunset directly. Conchas Chinas, Los Muertos, and Zona Romantica are all walkable - the driveway is steep but we made it down and up with no issues. Uber is about 35 pesos to Zona Romantica and they will come up to the top of the hill. 100% recommend and will rebook next time.

The noise was not as bad as some have experienced. Perhaps I was able to get the white noise to work well. I was never bothered by the loud music, but the last Friday my wife said she was aware of it. Our daughter said she never noticed it. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the parade of people on the Malecon and the boats and swimmers that were on the water. I personally liked watching the pelicans diving into the water for their food. To start with the walk to the Romantic zone (the old town) was a bit fatiguing but by the end of the week our walking legs had returned and it wasn't hard at all. This should be taken with the understanding that my 85 year old legs are not as strong as they once were. For elderly people such as us the elevator was a great help. All in all it was a great visit and Patrik and Luz apartment was perfect for the week that we were there. We certainly will be back.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! The view was truly breathtaking - we loved waking up to it every morning. Our host was responsive, helpful, and so nice. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. We can’t wait to come back!

This property was peaceful and quiet, making it a great retreat after visiting the hustle and bustle of downtown Puerto Vallarta. The on-site restaurant and bar were excellent, and the staff became our friends during the week we stayed. The prices for food and beverages were very reasonable, and the food was delicious! We enjoyed walking up and down the beach from the condo, and I believe that the Icon has the most beautiful private beach area. We will definitely be back.

My stay at Álvaro’s place was absolutely incredible. The property is private, secluded, and secure — perfect for a peaceful getaway. The views are truly stunning, overlooking both the ocean and the town below. It’s hard to put into words how breathtaking it is! Despite the serene location, access to town is easy and convenient. The home itself is well-equipped with amazing amenities that made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. It was my first time in PV and it was absolutely beautiful staying here! I got exactly what I expected, a beautiful and peaceful vacation. The pools are amazing and the views are stunning. 100% recommend booking!

This property was absolute paradise! The beachfront views were stunning—sunrises and sunsets right from the balcony. The swimming pools were beautiful, clean, and felt like something out of a 5-star resort. We especially loved the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Inside, the home was spacious, stylish, and spotless. The restaurant had great food and wonderful cocktails—it felt so thoughtful and luxurious. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful beach and great accommodations. The view from the balcony is amazing. The condo has everything you need including a beach bag with snorkels and a beach blanket. We were able to snorkel everyday and downtown is less than 10 minutes away by taxi. We will definitely be back!
