The Pastor’s studio 3

Small studio in quiet walled garden with shops and busses within walking distance--and now with AIR CONDITIONING and a POOL. This studio was set up for mission volunteers so it's not luxurious. We often joke that it’s much better than camping, haha! There are other studios for rent if you want separate studios in one complex. (We have 5 that were originally made for the missions groups.) We are Christian missionaries with our church next door.

Welcome to my place, this is a 20 m, fully independent, door room points right to the street, haves shower, WC, AC, internet, queen size bed, dining table, two chairs, coffee pot, electric oven, cups, dishes, spoons, hair dryer, ironing. Is located in a very centric local neighborhood, in walking distance to the Hotel Zone. Old Vallarta and Los Muertos Beach are 10 mins. by car.

Suite Martina has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The suite is completely independent, with its own bathroom, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. There is an assigned parking spot for this Suite in the garage of the property. La Terraza has a panoramic view of the mountain, this thanks to the property being located in the middle of a hill (sloping street).

This space is an independent area annexed to the house, featuring a private entrance for added privacy and convenience.

Private Peaceful Beach Nuevo Vallarta

The new large pool is a treat but we only have access to the furthest pool from the main condo building and our beach access is great. We are between RIU Hotel & Private Condos Aria Ocean. Wireless wifi is avail but it can be light at times, email and TV work great Zoom can be an issue.

3 separate rooms with King sz beds, Each room has its own private entrance, 40in smart TV and full bathroom (shower only no tub). A full kitchen as well as a outdoor covered cooking area by pool, includes grill, stove and refrigerator, bar and seating area.
