Beach condo vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta

Le logement était très bien , comme sur les photos. Il manquait de rien pour cuisiner . La piscine sur le toit n’est pas chauffée c’est dommage car il y a beaucoup de place sur le toit . Celle d’en bas est chauffée mais moins de chaise et pas de parasols, il y a quand même de l’ombre. Pour faire l’épicerie il y a le Wal Mart et le Chedraui pas loin . On pouvait commander des bouteilles d’eau de 20 litres au gardien à l’entrée se fut très apprécié. Oscar nous a très bien reçu à notre arrivée . Il nous a donné des rafraîchissements pendant qu’il nous expliquait les commodités et qu’on visitait les installations. Très beau séjour .

El lugar es maravilloso, sobre todo la vista y la tranquilidad que se puede sentir, totalmente como en casa. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, había todo lo necesario para la estancia que tuvimos. Josh siempre atento a nuestros mensajes si algo se necesitaba, así como las recomendaciones para cenar y visitar de lujo. Sin duda alguna regresaría.

Lu was a great host. Very easy to communicate. The place was as described. The only thing I would say is the washer dryer is one combo unit and if you plan on washing and drying plan on 6 hours for one load and even then it doesn’t dry all the way: it is extremely slow and long. We did have some issues with hot water the first days there. Lu came and reset the water heater and it worked. Other than that the place was great it had everything we needed.

Excelente condominio, todo muy limpio y ordenado, estuvimos en comunicación constante en nuestra llegada. así como se ve la publicación está el condominio. lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Lots of positives: Beautiful view - loved drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching the whales and dolphins. Bring your binoculars! The king bed is pretty firm and very comfortable. The service by the pool was fantastic. We loved Miguel! He was always there to bring us our next drink. Tipped $1 each round:) If we wanted a chair either on/facing the beach, needed to go out and reserve by 7am at the latest. There are beach vendors, but they are not aggressive. We actually enjoyed them and bought some things. The all-inclusive: Food was okay. Things we liked: a mocha and banana bread in the morning. Mimosas, fresh fruit, mexican eggs and especially the made-to-order omelets at the buffet. There's no food allowed poolside. Taxi was $5 or $6 USD to go to the Malecon/downtown PVR or romantic zone. Tons of places to get dinner there or some even within walking distance of the resort. Minor issue at check-in and laundry left in room - both issues ended up resolved easily.

A pesar de la diferencia de horario por el lugar donde habita Brian, siempre estuvo atento a cualquier duda, muy amable. El lugar muy bonito, el condominio tiene reglas muy claras que se deben tomar en cuenta. La pequeña playa tiene muchas piedras, en general en Bucerias en estos tiempos, hay muchísimas piedras, cosa que hace algunos años no estaba así, para considerar. Los asoleados muy cómodos, al igual que la alberca. El restaurante aunque tiene un horario recortada, está muy rico y quienes atienden, muy muy amables. Nuestra estancia en general fue muy agradable.

Location is fantastic with a close 2 blk walk to an amazing stretch of beach, also so many great restaurants, art walks, boutiques, markets, big mexican market all within walking distances Building is very clean, well kept and we felt completely safe here at all times. Carlos at security was great. Our apartment had everything that we needed from glass wine glasses to fluffy towels and other amenities. The views from the rooftop pool are amazing and this was a wonderful place to hang out to tan or float in pool. Our balcony had a table, chairs and small couch and offered ocean view and a lovely garden top view. Only drawback is the noise due to proximity to main highway - so traffic buzz/white noise; and construction of new apartments on each side of this building which means lots of construction noise. Even with this being mentioned I would still highly recommend this space with Emma. It is accurately described and we had a wonderful and memorable vacation in Bucerias.

El depa es increíble, se encuentra en uno de los que, a mi gusto es de los mejores condominios en Vallarta, muchas albercas, varias actividades, spa y restaurante a precios muy accesibles, con acceso directo a la playa! La zona es ideal para caminar, al lado hay una plaza comercial y enfrente varios de mis restaurantes preferido

We stayed for a week on our first trip to Puerto Vallarta and found the location to be a great central locations to many destinations both North and South. The views from the condo can’t be beat. The ocean and city views were so awesome and the sliding glass doors’ ability to open wide was so cool! It’s like you could relive an entire wall almost and feel like you were outside while in the condo. Lucinda was extremely accommodating regarding some specific allergenic- related concerns I had and she made sure I had no issues, enabling me to have a very comfortable stay and maximize comfort while on this short vacation. Janeth was punctual for check-in and super nice. The bar and beach downstairs was really fun! We made friends with many Canadian vacationers and the bartenders were really friendly as well. This place is pretty sweet. Rent a car so you can go places during the day like Sayulita or the zoo or gardens. Driving is a little complex at first but you get used to it. Great time!!

This is a wonderful unit! Every room is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, amazing deck and living room and well equipped kitchen. We loved staying at this unit and the building pools were incredible! It was a very quick walk into town, easy UBER as well. We had a masseuse come in one day (ask staff - her name was Lily) and a private chef one day, which was awesome. The only thing we didn't realize when booking was the having a restaurant on site meant we could not take our own snacks and drinks to the pool. It was fine, but it meant we went back to the suite often for food/drinks that were a bit healthier than those offered. The staff at the building were incredible and so helpful! You simply can't go wrong booking this unit.

Susan's place was a peaceful stay in PVR. We enjoyed the soft sounds of the ocean from the room and the rooftop pool area. I traveled with my elderly mother, and this was her first big travel after her knee replacement last year. The building was very handicap friendly, having an elevator and an appropriate walkway outside, as stairs are not easy for her. We enjoyed the walkability of things close by and the delicious street tacos! We already miss the blissful roaring ocean and stunning rooftop views!

Nos gustó mucho el departamento, cuenta con todo lo que se ve en las fotografías, las instalaciones y la ubicación son muy buenas. Claro que regresamos y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Great location and amazing view!! Loved the hammocks and outdoor furniture- Comfortable and great big table for playing games. Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

El lugar es inmejorable. Alberca climatizada, el departamento bonito y cómodo. Todo lo necesario para una estadía muy agradable. Yessica muy atenta y respondía de inmediato a cualquier duda.

It was a good place! We had some inconveniences happened when on our stay but they responded quick! They did everything to fix the stuff for us. Very nice people!! I recommend their place!!

El lugar es mucho mejor que como luce en laa fotografías publicadas. Está cerca de todo lo que nos interesaba. Amablemente nos respondían a todas nuestras dudas. Muy recomendable.

Sin duda volveríamos al depa de Paolo y Fernanda. Sus atenciones y los detalles con los cuales nos recibieron y respaldaron hicieron que nuestra estancia fuese de lo más placentera. El departamento se encuentra en una zona tranquila rodeado de buenos restaurantes y con la comodidad de tiendas también cercanas. Es un espacio tal cual se describe en las imágenes y tiene todo lo necesario para llegar y descansar. Para nosotros como matrimonio y dos mascotas pequeñas nos funcionó mucho el espacio y cupimos bastante bien.

Maravilloso departamento, súper recomendable!! Disfrutamos mucho mis hijo y yo, realmente hermoso y gracias a los anfitriones.

Great location! Wide open area, wish there was a bit more sun on the pool throughout the day but you also have quick easy access to the ocean/beach and the community pool, so lots of options! Thanks for helping make our trip a great and memorable one.

Great location and great place. With a little one / family in tow the deck railings made us a little nervous (somewhat large gaps). But all was fine, and we had a fantastic week!

I can’t say enough good things about Dixon’s apartment! It was beautiful, I loved the balcony overlooking the ocean and the city. Everything I needed was there, and only a few minutes to walk to beautiful playa de los muertos. The area felt completely safe, and I loved all of Dixon’s restaurant recommendations!! One note, the stairs are no joke. I was very grateful for the exercise, but someone with mobility issues would struggle. For me, the view was worth every stair!
