Beachfront vacation rentals in Puerto Princesa City

Joy is a very nice owner, actually I only came alone, but I had a spontaneous visit, the visitor also got a breakfast the next morning, which was very accommodating. The location and the view is very nice, located directly on the beach. The place was clean and you had everything you needed, you felt at home.

Joy's place is a super quiet and comfortable space, I loved the morning pancakes included in the fixed price, Joy and their staff are so kind and will recommend you a tours around Puerto Princesa, that's a good service if you have no plans yet when arrive.

I regret only staying for 3 nights. Truly amazing place, paradise for me. I did not wear shoes for 3 days and felt at home. Hosts are special people, and have created something beautiful. Food was outstanding; local, perfectly executed, beautiful sauces, and exquisite soups that I miss. I saw no other tourists on my trip other than the few people staying at their property. I ran on an empty beach each morning, snorkeled by myself just a 100 yards off the beach with beautiful corals and fish. It is the jungle, so if you want A/C, and plush accommodations you are probably in wrong place. My room was beautiful and I felt I was part of nature. Ellie even lined up a local fisherman to take me out fishing one day and that was truly special. Enjoy your stay, you will want to go back!

This place is out of this world! Such beautiful views and even more beautiful people. The food is a must, each meal was served with so much variety and so tasty. We look forward to having the chance to go back!

We stayed 3 days It felt like home really good place to relax the staff and owner a really friendly. And welcoming. We were afraid that it is too hot in the tent but with fan it was no problem and you have an nice cooling breeze from the sea

I spent four wonderful nights at Soulcamp. Elisabeth and Pascale are warm and loving hosts who made me feel instantly at home. My little cabin right by the beach was perfectly equipped with a cozy bed, a hammock, and practical storage space. I slept beautifully while listening to the sound of the waves — truly dreamy. The breakfast and dinner were excellent and prepared with lots of love, making the experience even more special. The property, the beautiful surroundings, and the beach invite to walks and relaxation. There are many lovely plants to admire, and the pets (dogs, cats, chickens) are adorable and friendly. I can only recommend Soulcamp to anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled getaway. I will definitely come back! ❤️❤️❤️

The host was responsive and can organise a tricycle driver if you need. There is also a Honda beat scooter available for rent. The road that leads to the beachfront is full of dirt, gravel and holes. There is parking available for bikes. There are bamboo stairs to the rooms. The sea breeze and room fans was enough to stay cool. There is hot water in the shower with decent pressure. There is Bottled water is available for purchase. Food menus for delivery is available. Massage therapy delivery services is available. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. They all could speak English. Alcohol is available for purchase. This is also a public bar on a beach where locals, traveler’s and expats socialise. Locals frequent the beach. Its about a 10 minute ride away from the main town depending on traffic. There are dogs and cats that hang out and sleep on site for security. The beachfront is smoking friendly. Did not have any issues with mosquitoes. Had plenty of spots to chill out.

Everything was better than we expected. Marj answered all our questions with such detailed accuracy. We thought that the location would become a setback; however, we were pleasantly surprised that the location was everything we hoped for that much needed relaxation and privacy. We loved everything about Astoria; especially the food! You may also test your cooking skills since there's a mini kitchenette in all rooms. We will definitely come back!

Had an absolutely superb time at this place. Astoria is a well known 5 star hotel resort in the Philippines. They offer everything you need and are always happy to help! The room was huge with two double beds and catered for everything we needed. Michael was a great host and replied almost instantaneously to my queries. The only downside of this hotel is that it is very secluded and around 1.5 hours drive away from puerto princessa which means you have to eat there and only there which didn’t bother us too much as the a la carte food was great however there is no nightlife apart from fire dancers which finish about 10pm every night. Very cheap cocktails though! The gym is very good , kayaks and sand bikes are also free which was good and they arranged for a van to pick us up from the hotel and go straight to El Nido! We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely enjoyed our time in this beautiful villa. Lots of space for everyone, confortable rooms, amazing pool and right by the beach to watch the sunrise. Well located for day trips if you have a car.

Spectacular. I was a travel writer at NY Times for 15 years and this is one of the most magical and memorable places I’ve ever stayed. Ramon’s eye for detail, design, and energy conservation are commendable. The views are incredible. And the grounds are breathtaking. This will feel more like glamping than a five-star resort (expect critters to find their way inside the cabin) but that is what gives it its charm. You won’t regret staying here!

The food is delicious with the freshest ingredients from the sea and the garden. We relished every single meal and gave each one a personal Michelin star. This is more than an AirBnB—It’s a concierge level experience. Anton thought of everything for this retreat and executed it flawlessly. Staff took care of every step—cleaning rooms, refreshing amenities, & making meals to ensure our stay was effortless, entertaining, & relaxing. From local excursions to a private sandbar (arranged FOR us), the Pacific was at our fingertips—and so was comfort. Food featured Pacific cuisines set against moody scenes. Breakfast (esp. pancakes/French toast) was amazing & the homemade desserts (esp. the mousse), capped it all off perfectly. The most compelling feature was the people. Anton & Maite were warm, nurturing, & generous. Communication was quick, responsive, honest, & upfront in expectations. They give back to the local community & go above & beyond at each turn because their focus isn’t money; it’s their vision for ISLENYO to be a restorative, full-service experience you can only find in the most special places. And they’ve done it just right.

This place was exactly what it said in pictures. But they did not do it justice. This out did our expectations. Such a fun place. If I go back to Philippines I will def stay here but longer 7-10 days. Place was unique, clean, fun, staff and other occupants were so friendly. We were able to order food and relax and be right in the water. It was a 5/5
