We had a comfortable stay at Ethel's place. Although it was a bit challenging to locate initially, once we found it, navigating to and from the property became effortless. The location offers convenient access to fantastic stores and restaurants, making our overall experience enjoyable.

Had an amazing stay at Oscar’s place. The description of the place and the building were accurate and photos were all correct. Great location close to the Walmart and a few minute walk to 5th ave. Rooftop actually had 2 pools which was great, not too busy. Would highly recommend for a trip to playa or long term stay.

An absolutely STUNNING place. We truly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle (surrounded by birds and wildlife) and yet somehow we were also steps away from the beach and several incredible restaurants. We took the ADO bus from the airport to the playa del carmen bus station, so we never had to rent a car or even take a taxi throughout our entire stay. We're already thinking of coming back in the future!

Luis is a fantastic host! He’s extremely helpful, thoughtful and responsive. We were well taken care of in his home, and greatly enjoyed our stay in the Corasol community. The pool was a wonderful amenity, as was the golf course only minutes away. Parking was easy to access, pillows were comfortable and the balcony was a treat. Than you, Luis, for everything you did to make our week very enjoyable!

Todo en orden es lo que se ofrece , hay algunos detalles que se pueden mejorar pero lo vale la atención de la anfitriona siempre estuvo al pendiente apoyándonos. Ubicación excelente, barrio súper tranquilo y agradable.

Antes que nada yo soy súper anfitrión en Airbnb y la verdad debo recocer que el servicio de Alberto fue excelente mis respetos y agradecimiento. El PH está increíble completamente nuevo y equipado. 100% recomendable el PH está impecable y en una zona privilegiada, no duden en reservarlo.

Sin lugar a dudas volveríamos, el lugar está impecable, super cómodo, las instalaciones son muy buenas. la ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo. Fuimos en familia y nos sentimos como en casa. Gracias Juliana!!!

I had an amazing time at this Airbnb!! Host were very accommodating and even provided options for transportation from the airport which was a huge help. Everything from the minute we booked was so smooth because of how helpful and friendly the hosts were. It was an amazing stay because we got so much out of the price we paid. We ended up being about 15 minutes on average walking distance from so many major things especially the beach. Great location and overall I was extremely pleased with my entire stay!! Thank you so much!!

We had a very nice stay at Daniella’s place. A nice location, away from 5th avenue but quite a quick drive to get there. She is very attentive with whatever you need. Very comfy, the rooftop pool is beautiful with the sunset. (I wish the pool was on the sunset side) 😬 They have a small gym which is convenient. The only downside is the walls are quite thin so we could hear from the hallway and across the hall. Other than that. It a perfect stay for us for a month. Would definitely recommend.

Muy bonito lugar y confortable, lo recomiendo

es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos aquí y seguirá siendo la opción al ir a playa del Carmen! todo impecable, las almohadas y colchones muy cómodos, las albercas ni se diga, un súper plus xq están muy grandes, el agua a temperatura deliciosa, el mar caminando (está vez tuvimos mala suerte por el sargazo, pero eso es ajeno al hospedaje, todo playa del carmen estaba repleto, pero por lo mismo las albercas fueron la salvación) a unos 6 minutos del alojamiento está un soriana 24 HRS por lo q el día q llegamos pudimos ir sin problema al super aunque era noche, es muy buena ubicación, si estás pensando hospedarte aquí no lo dudes 10/10

Fue un viaje familiar muy bonito el depa con todo lo necesario muy buena ubicación Bajamos caminando hacia la playa La alberca y el jacuzzi lo disfrutamos mucho En general todo bonito y moderno Me volvería a hospedar en este lugar

Sophie’s place was really nice and cozy. I stayed there for a month. Sophie was extremely responsive and accommodative. The place has everything you can need for a longer-term stay and work from home, including the kitchenware and a decent WiFi. Free weekly cleaning was included in price , which was awesome! The place is located a bit further away from the touristy area, which for me personally was a good thing, although it’s still quite walkable, about 20 min (and the beach is pretty much at the same distance). There’s a huge grocery store/shopping center MEGA 7 min away, which was very convenient. I recommend Sophie’s place for someone who’s looking for something more quiet and relaxed, who likes to stay away from crazy tourist areas and prefer to live where local people live. I’d be happy to stay at Sophie’s place again next time I’m in Playa 😊

It’s just like the pictures! Great location not too far from the Ado , 5th Avenue & Walmart is right across the street. USE GOOGLE MAPS !! Apple Maps will take you all over the place out there. The chicken place right on the corner(to your right coming out the building) is DELICIOUS & a great deal! Easy check in , nice studio apartment & there are people on sight cleaning and to help. Highly recommend this stay. It will be noisy because it’s right off the Main Street but if you had a great day you’ll sleep through the night and not even notice until morning lol. The Mexican restaurant on the other corner (to your left coming out the building) is also really good and have live singers at night. There was a scooter rental place about 8 mins walking distance. Again highly recommend using Google maps to search and get around “Studio 30 by Nah” will pop up in google maps! Great stay will stay again!

Muy tranquilo , y muy bien lugar

Diana's cute ground floor unit 1 is in a medium sized very secure building with a beautiful courtyard and entrance way. We always felt safe in the area and the walk to the beach is pleasant and close. Location is practically on Quinta Avenida for easy access to many restaurants and shops. Kitchen is very well equipped, in fact the whole unit is well equipped, clean closets for luggage, laundry line on clean private patio. The shared courtyard entrance way is beautiful as it has many colourful painted decorations and plants etc, all well taken care of too. Many details in our unit were well thought out (e.g., lights on sensors in key places, keys are colour coded for different doors). As well, very, very clean! We loved our time staying in unit #1. Thank you again Diana!

My stay at Abraham‘s place was great! The location couldn’t be any better, so close to the beach, all the exciting things to do on fifth Avenue, three grocery stores, one that’s very close and extremely nice. Abraham was so nice working with me when I first arrived. I had problem with my cell phone data and calling, to let him know I was on my way down to Playa, from Cancun and he couldn’t have been more patient, and helpful! The apartment is very cozy has a lovely terrace, overlooking fifth Avenue. It was perfect for all my needs… Would be great for a couple, or close friends, again I couldn’t of asked for a better place for my needs. And the rates are so reasonable/affordable! Hoping to return next year! Had a great time, thank you Abraham and your family, you all made me feel right at home!
