Apartment vacation rentals in Puerto Morelos

Agradecida a Inés por las recomendaciones que nos brindó para conocer lugares espectaculares. El departamento superaba ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Lo recomendamos sin dudar. Gracias también a Gabriel y Christopher que hicieron posible contratar dos departamentos contiguos logrando que las dos familias estuviésemos juntas y sumamente cómodas.

This Airbnb is in a great location. Grocery stores are a block away, as well as a fruit stand and several restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. As others have noted there is a bar near by that plays loud music…but you can just dance along or wear ear plugs. Our stay was wonderful.

Our family of four (two adults, two kids) stayed for five nights in unit B2. The unit is recently remodeled with new floor, kitchen, and bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and they provided a pac n play for our baby. There is AC and fans in every room. Lots of dishes, utensils, etc. There is a HUGE wraparound terrace with multiple seating areas. It would be great if they added a hammock :) The location is perfect: steps from the beach and a 10 minute walk to town. Pool is small but suited us well. We had excellent meals everywhere. Two small drawbacks: the couch and armchairs in the unit are not comfortable to sit on (they are wood, and even with cushions you can’t sink in and relax). Second, the high chair they provided did not fit the table, so we had to feed our baby by putting her on our lap. I would 100% return and recommend this to other families. You have to walk through one bedroom to get to the second bedroom, so it’s not ideal for two couples. Thank you!

My partner and I come to Playa del Carmen a few times a year, for a few weeks at a time. For us, this location is ideal. Only a few blocks from everything you can need. The apartment is comfortable, clean and safe. Jamie and Manuel are great hosts and great people. They are also very responsive and flexible. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely return.

Das Apartment ist sehr komfortabel und mit freundlichen Möbeln ausgestattet. Es gab sogar Stühle für den Strand, welcher zu Fuß nur 3 min. entfernt war.

Joli logement abordable très bien situé entre la mer et la 5ème avenue, belle piscine et terrasse avec vue sur la mer. L’hôte était sympathique et répondait rapidement. Entrée dans la chambre facile avec accès à partir du cellulaire. Lit confortable! Seul pépin est que l’eau de la douche ne restait pas chaude très longtemps et le plancher aurait pu être plus propre, mais nous n’avons pas demandé à ce que ce soit corrigé. Les gens à la réception était très gentil, surtout Carlos! À quelques pas d’un dépanneur 7eleven et d’une pharmacie, très près du beau Mandarino Beach Club, très près de bons restaurants nous conseillons le Quinta Parilla et l’excellent restaurant déjeuner Que Huevos. Plus loin à pied nous conseillons le Trujillos, ambiance romantique, puis le Ilios, ambiance grecque et vibrante, divertissement incroyable et service luxueux!

Nous avons passé 5 jours chez Anna à Playa del Carmen pour clôturer notre roadtrip mexicain . Anna avait tout préparé pour notre arrivée. Elle a été super pour notre accueil, pour répondre à nos questions et pour nous proposer des activités. L’appartement est top avec sa terrasse, la cuisine est hyper bien équipée. La résidence est un oasis dans la ville. Nous pouvons tout faire à pied. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

In my opinion, this condo is in the best possible location in PDC - just between quiet beaches to the left and busier 5th ave area to the right. Everything is walkable and pleasant. Also very close to the pickup area for attractions like Xel-Ha and related tours. Gorgeous location. Nice pool too.

The condo was great. Beautiful space with very nice/spacious rooms and bathrooms. Great pool and quiet community. We arrived in the dark and we did struggle to initially find the property once we did arrive. The “IKANA” sign did not stand out in the dark. Once we found the place though, everything was great. It is walkable to all the restaurants and the golf course. Very likely I will be staying here again. Highly recommend.

Great stay! The place was very clean, easy to access, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

I had the perfect stay here! :) It was super clean and the apartment had everything one would need. Don't worry about missing your gym routine because the gym is great and the apartment is in a fantastic location in PDC. Walkable to everything you need. had a great stay at Kelley Michelle's. the apartment is walkable to Centro but a little further south to be a bit closer to my dive shop at Marina Fonatur. Kelley Michelle was very responsive and helpful, the right door was a little tough to find but once I was in everything was as described and great. Internet is very fast (200+mbps down/100+up), no issues with Teams meetings all week.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been great, love the area and the complex. Alejandra was super helpful from minute one. Thank you !!

The place was… fine, but very mid for the price. Much smaller than expected — my partner is over 180 cm and had to hunch to get into the bathroom, which, by the way, had no sink. So we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen. The bathroom also had a really unpleasant smell, especially in the morning. Not sure if it was the pipes or standing water, but it was rough. The “luxury terrace with private jacuzzi” wasn’t that luxurious — no view, unless rooftops, old buildings and loud parties count. The location was decent though, and the apartment was at least clean. But it felt quite old: old towels, outdated vibe, and definitely not worth the price. We booked it last minute, so it was the best available option, but I’ve had way better places for the same price recently — modern, fresh, better equipped. Also, no shampoo or hand soap provided, the soap dispenser was completely empty. Not terrible, but wouldn’t stay again.

Manoli was extremely responsive and helpful. She helped me with so many questions prior to our arrival. She was also very flexible when our flight was changed and we were coming in late. She rebooked our transportation for us! Her place was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is very updated with a great layout. There are 3 decks and a rooftop to take in the breeze and views . She also had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. Very peaceful place. The place is so close and walkable to many different areas of Playa. There are markets near by and tons of delicious food. We also felt very safe. We enjoyed coming home each evening after long days in the sun to the pool, AC and the rooftop breeze. We didn’t want to leave! Manoli was quickly attentive to all our needs, vey friendly, and easy to communicate with. We will be back!

What a gem this place is! Everything was as described , near groceries , restaurants and of course the beach. Personally I enjoyed the terrace with the little jungle and absolute privacy. Would definitely come back. Keep the good job Laurie !

I had a great stay for my second time in playacar. Having access to the bikes was great as it made getting to the reef hotel and playa del Carmen that much easier! I thoroughly enjoyed using the beach at the reef as well as the pool at the complex. It is very close to several restaurants and stores. Great value for money!

The rooftop pool was the absolute gem of the stay for us. Concierge staff lovely and helpful especially for English only speaking guests. We missed having a tv in the living room (only in bedrooms). View from windows of mangrove area so very private and cool. Two streets off Calle5 with restaurants, and easy to walk a few more blocks to more local restaurants. It was hard to leave!

We enjoyed our stay at Sarah and Gerzon. The apartment matched the listing descriptions! The wifi was fantastic and I was able to work remotely with no problem. I would recommend a car for this location for an easier way around. My partner and I also had a good night's sleep! Thank you!

Beautiful place and great, responsive hosts who were willing to accommodate us quickly and efficiently. Quite a walking distance from Quinta but safe area to stay and they do provide a lot of instructions on the best ways to navigate your surroundings. Definitely worth every penny and is a peaceful place for rest and relaxation.
