I comply with the official requirements and my personal requirements. Its location makes a means of transport necessary, the bus service is limited and the stop is about 300 meters away. There are two parking options, one at the entrance for which I recommend a small car and another about 50 meters away for a larger car

Nice and well situated apartment. Was perfect for our needs. We rented the place for a month with a 3 month old baby and we couldn't have ask for better. The apartment is situated right on the ocean we an incredible view on the Teide volcano in the distance.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful and spacious house in Tenerife. The ocean view is breathtaking, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax. The house is clean, very well equipped, and has plenty of room to enjoy. We especially loved the great pool and the outdoor kitchen – perfect for relaxing days and evening meals. Carlos was such a kind and helpful host – we felt truly welcome. Highly recommend, and we’d love to come back!

Rolando's place is amazing, the views are simply splendid. The apartment lacks nothing, it is fully equipped. Rolando is a very nice person and has good tips. The apartment is quiet and perfect for relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anne-Charlotte’s place! The location was perfect for daily trips, and the view is truly one of a kind. The kitchen was very well equipped and the Wifi worked well. During our stay, there was a power cut, but Anne-Charlotte was always available and very helpful with any questions we had. All in all we had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to visiting again!
