Roberto is very, very attentive, friendly and helpful. Very close and is at your disposal and worrying about your stay. It informs you of many alternatives, to enjoy during the stay, of all kinds. A GREAT HOST.

Pilar was very kind from the first moment. She made it easy for us to pick up and return the keys, as we planned to arrive late in the day and leave early in the morning. She was concerned about how everything was going over the weekend. And the apartment, in addition to being very nice and well-kept, was clean, tidy and had everything. Very comfortable beds, fully-equipped kitchen and everything working perfectly. The location is great in an area filled with restaurants and cider houses. We will surely repeat since it is very close to our family. A ten out of ten and 100% recommended.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

Everything great, the apartment with everything you need, very nice and in an ideal area. Luisa was attentive to everything, very kind and giving all the facilities. I would repeat 100%!!

Everything is perfect, the accommodation is identical to the photos, the area is very quiet and parking is easy to find, although the accommodation includes a garage, which is appreciated. Ana Rosa was attentive from the start and was involved in making sure we could enjoy our stay as much as possible, making recommendations for areas to visit and facilitating flexible check-out.

Comfortable establishment for families, with three rooms and in a quiet area next to Salinas beach (3 minutes by car). An area with shops that makes your stay easier.

We felt very comfortable with Maruxa. She welcomed us very warmly. The property is very spacious and is close to the beach (5 min walk). Overall, it is very suitable as a starting point for excursions in the area. Everything was super clean. Maruxa also offered us her washing machine. Value for money is great. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was perfect. Lucia contacted me the day before and was aware of my arrival time. When I arrived at the accommodation she was already waiting at the portal. Meti the car and we got in with the check in. The super cozy house, the furniture practically new, and fully equipped and clean, even with some cookies and welcome chocolates. The area is quiet, opposite Mercadona, and no more than 5 minutes from the hospital and a shopping mall. The town center is not far and away, and now that is semi-peatonised is a super chulo walk. I don't like anything negative the truth. I hope this place is available on my next visit to Oviedo.

It was very accessible. Impeccable, perfect for everything. Nearby supermarket and restaurants, ironing center. The center of Oviedo is quickly accessible on foot. The host provided helpful tanacs with both local and neighborhood attractions and Asturias' gastronomy. We loved Oviedo!

The experience in the apartment was perfect, it is a cozy apartment with everything you need for your stay! In addition, communication was perfect at all times, Dani resolved everything we needed right away. It was a pleasure to stay there and we would definitely repeat!

Cristina was charming, very helpful, and attentive to everything. The apartment was very clean and well kept. It has different places to have a drink on the promenade very close by, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner (highly recommended "La Luna", but you have to go well in advance to get a seat). The area is very quiet, it is very good for a walk and both Gijón and Oviedo are half an hour away by car. 100% recommended this accommodation, just with the proximity and the good treatment of the hosts it is very worthwhile.

I give 5 stars to Cesar's apartment because there are no more stars. The apartment is a beauty, super clean and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Cesar left us something for breakfast and rich chocolates. Everything clean and spotless. The very quiet building, we never saw another tenant. The apartment is a 20 minute walk from the historic part of the city. I will recommend Cesar's apartment to all my friends and family.

Samuel is very nice. There were 3 of us, from April 11 to 13 in an accommodation with a whirlpool bathtub, everything was great, although it was cold, the house has good heating. It is a spectacular place, with an ocean view, very quiet, easy parking, everything very comfortable, we would go back.
