Condo vacation rentals in Puerto Banús

I recently stayed at this wonderful property and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Having access to the garage was incredibly convenient, especially since the elevator takes you directly to the door. Our small dog also had a fantastic time exploring the area. The outdoor spaces are great for walks, and I was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful the neighborhood is. I would certainly return to this lovely place. Just a note for future guests: a car is necessary for getting around. Highly recommended!

Our month-long March 2025 stay with Claire & Michael, Bentley & Bunny in the Torreblanca apt was wonderful & everything we could have hoped for. The condominium is very well equipped with everything that we needed for an enjoyable & stress-free stay. Kitchen is well stocked & we sincerely appreciated the welcome Cava & beers! The unit is spacious, well cared for with automatic blackout shutters, soundproof doors & windows. Direct elevator at door, easy secure underground parking, comfortable beds, regular linens change, washer, home gym, & loads of TV/audio channels! Private 360 degree-view rooftop terrace with excellent hot tub, large eating area & loads of very comfortable chaise lounges... & the most breathtaking sea & mountain views! Michael & Claire are excellent hosts, available & helpful yet unobtrusive, who go out of their way to make guests feel like friends & family. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We plan to return.

The apartment is beautiful, with a fantastic view, spotless cleanliness, and all the amenities we needed. Tamara was a wonderful host, she answered all our questions promptly and was always helpful. I worked remotely for a month here. It was nice, quiet, and clean. Very close to the beach for long walks in the winter sunshine. It would have been nice if the sun reached the patio in winter, but it's so close to the beach anyway!

Ideal apartment in very quiet block for the short break whilst visiting family, a car is recommended due to location .

Bardzo udany pobyt! Gary był bardzo pomocny na każdym etapie. Odpowiadał bardzo szybko. Podczas miesięcznego pobytu, zaproponował nam bez opłat dodatkowe sprzątanie. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko co potrzeba aby samodzielnie przegotowywać posiłki (również ekspres do kawy i toster). Deska do prasowania, żelazko, suszarka do włosów i do bielizny, rakietki do padla, mydło i płyn do kąpieli, dużo ręczników. Piękny słoneczny taras. Świetny, światłowodowy internet, bez problemu pracowałam zdanie na Teams. Mieszkanie znajduje się na zamkniętym osiedlu z basenem i miejscem na spacery oraz z dwoma kortami do padla (obok są korty tenisowe). Nad morze spacerem jest ok. 15 min. w okolice puerto banus. We have just returned from an absolutely wonderful week at the accommodation. Five stars weren’t enough, as this is undoubtedly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever visited. The area is located 5 minutes outside Puerto Banús and 10 minutes from Marbella—a fantastic location, just a row away from the sea. The community has several large pools, one of which is heated, so despite the slightly gloomy weather, the kids were able to swim all week. The apartment is very spacious, bright, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It features a large balcony with a fantastic view, as well as double doors opening into the living room. There was nothing we missed, and the hosts were super friendly and readily available for any questions or tips. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Had a lovely stay in this very clean and convenient apartment. The facilities were all super clean and it had all the amenities you can possibly need for a short trip. In addition the location was also great with both the city centre and the beach being a short walk away. Shengeng was a great host, very easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond with any questions we had. He made us feel really at home. I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family and should I return, this is the first property I will be looking to book.

This was a lovely place in a great location. It was exactly as described and Jordan was a wonderful host. There were many great restaurants within walking distance and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Marbella.

Seul petit petit bémol le bruit des voitures qui passent sur le côté mais nous habitons un lieu très calme à la campagne c’est pour cela que cela nous a un peu gêné mais pour un citadin cela ne sera pas une gêne !!! Merci encore !!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Perfect for Recovery and Relaxation! I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Marbella! The place is huge, beautifully designed, and offers an absolutely breathtaking ocean view. It’s located in the same building as the renowned Cirumed Clinic, making it an ideal choice for anyone recovering from surgery. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the hosts were truly exceptional. After my surgery, I had limited mobility, and Anna Maria went above and beyond to assist me—she provided great tips for ordering groceries online and even brought me a whole package of water! The experience was wonderful, and I hope to return soon—next time, hopefully, to fully enjoy the beach. Highly recommend this place for both recovery and a relaxing getaway!

la verdad que es una gozada llegar a un sitio donde te sientes como en casa . el apartamento además de ser impresionante es cómodo , con una terraza de ensueño, super romántica, tranquila, sin ruido solo el de los pájaros cantando, tomarse un vino en la terraza no tiene precio.Está situado en la Milla de oro por lo que andando unos 20 minutos llegas un paseo marítimo super apetecible donde hay chiringuitos y el hotel puente romano , parada necesaria porque es increíble de bonito ,si vas en coche estás en el paseo en 5_8 minutos . Me parece la mejor zona para alojarte incluso para vivir todo el año por la paz que hay y la cercanía a las mejores zonas de Marbella . A todos esto hay añadir que Jesús , el dueño del apartamento es servicial , atento y simpático , te hace sentir que lo conoces de toda la vida, me ayudó en todo lo que necesité , me indicó lugares para visitar preciosos , chiringuitos para comer rico ... vuelvo pronto seguro ! Espero que esté libre porque siempre está ocupado

Strong recommendation for this! We stayed here at 2.-6.4.25. Everything was better than we could imagine. The apartment was super clean and functional. Pictures couldn't tell everything. Reality was actually better than pictures. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Communication with Almudena/Noemi was superfast and we got answers to our questions immediately. Both check in and check out was flexible and our wishes were heard and fulfilled nicely. We had a wonderful stay at Erik’s apartment. Everything was perfectly prepared for us when we arrived — including beach towels and loungers, cooking ingredients, plenty of dishes and pots, shampoo, enough hangers, and even an iron for our clothes. Erik was in constant communication with us throughout our stay and always made sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend his place for a couple. The views are absolutely stunning, and the service was excellent.

Host was great. Very responsive and flexible especially given our delays at the airport. The apartment has everything you need. Close to the beach and walkable to many places in Marbella. Easy to get to from the airport and to go to other cities.

Fantastic stay in Cala da Mijas and the location of the apartment is perfect. Two supermarkets within minutes walking distance. Town and beach no longer than a ten min walk with plenty of great restaurants and bars and wine bars. The apartment itself is amazing the pictures don’t lie and the added bonus of the splash pool was something our 6 years old loved. Yulia and Ivan were brilliant to deal with and very attentive so thanks for a wonderful stay.

This is our second visit here and everything was perfect. Great location, views, access to golf, gym, pickleball and our family. Claire was great as always!! Highly recommend!!

Traumhaftes Appartment - wie auf den Fotos Der Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft - eine der schönsten Unterkünfte mit Blick aufs Meer Appartment super sauber, schön eingerichtet, tolle Betten Einweisungen waren klar und sehr gut nachvollziehbar - Karen war stets erreichbar und super hilfreich Restaurants in der Nähe - einige weiter weg, aber in Summe gute Auswahl Parkplatz vor der Tür - etwas abenteuerlich zu erreichen, aber man wächst mit seinen Aufgaben Einzige Kritikpunkte - trotz Höhe des Appartments und direkter Lage am Meer gibts Moskitos, die nachts nerven und die laute Autobahn im Hintergrund bei zu wenig Meeresrauschen trotzdem in Summe eine absolute Empfehlung - wir würden wiederkommen Danke Karen

Bij aankomst werden wij goed ontvangen door de host. Het appartement was kraakhelder. Alles was ruimschoots aanwezig. Het voelt aan of je gewoon thuis in je eigen appartement komt. Mooie tuinen en zwembaden aanwezig. Restaurants, bars en winkels zijn allemaal op korte afstand. De zee, openbaar vervoer en de oude binnenstad van Marbella waren op loopafstand. Wij zijn heel tevreden en danken Ana voor alles. Inge en Petrus
