Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The setting is even more special: a charming town in Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe fresh air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It's really nice to meet people like this when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Very good service. Margarita provided us with the entrance and provided us with a lot of quality information about the area (eating, excursions, etc.). We were very comfortable and enjoyed the house, the garden and the surroundings.

We are travelling around Europe, and Manuel's place was in an outstanding location in the highest mountain village of the Picos. We felt part of the Spanish community because everyone was so friendly. The views from the house were absolutely superb!! We enjoyed hiking around the local area and didn't even choose to get in our car for 3 days!! We felt that we were on retreat in such a peaceful and wonderful location. The house was comfortable inside and we also enjoyed using the seating outside, as the weather was excellent!! We highly recommend this house and location.

We had an amazing May long weekend. We were 3 families with children and they really enjoyed the house and visiting the surrounding villages. The house is a 10 and Jose was very helpful at all times. Really good location for visiting Cantabria. 100% recommended . We'll definitely be back.

The place is just like the photos, it has an impressive and very nice garden. We were very comfortable thanks to Teresa who was always attentive to the needs we had.

Two families with a total of 3 children. We had an amazing time surrounded by nature and with access to the main sights. In addition, Arenas de Cabrales (6 minutes away) has everything you might need. The house was very clean. Comfortable beds and suitable spaces for the number of people. A really great place - big and comfortable house with a huge green backyard and an amazing view to the ocean, Santander, lighthouses and sunsets. Feels very private and peaceful and only a couple of minutes of walking to the center of Somo and couple minutes more to the beach. Very well stocked house. The design inside might seem a little old-school, but still very clean, everything works, very comfortable. We were three people and we rented only the first floor and as a result we had lots and lots of space to our selves. David was very helpful and responsive. Great place.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. We loved that it combined the tranquility of the village with the proximity to emblematic sites, excursions and walking spots. It is close to both the mountain and the sea, and a few meters away a restaurant that ate fable. We will definitely be back.

Very well arranged, very clean accommodation, There was nothing missing. Small treats upon arrival as well as a liter of milk, coffee and tea capsules. we recommend this great cottage at a very reasonable price.

The house is very nice for 6 people. The views from the porch are unbeatable and the village has a lot of charm.

Jesus is very helpful and friendly, we loved the place, big front room with dining, nice balcony, plus a power shower, kitchen has everything needed. less than 15 minutes to the lovely big beach and restaurants, very nice area.
