Clean place with a comfy bed, couches and newer smart tv's. The Keurig machine had no coffee pods, and only 2 pillows. Those are minor things to consider when booking. I would still recommend this place

10/10. I don’t write reviews but this place deserves so. Everything was perfect- from check in instructions, clean rooms and linens, ALL type of utensils and SOFT pillows!

Stunning view. Only a 20ish minute walk downtown which was nice. BnB had everything we needed for the weekend. Pro Tip: There's a fresh water spicket inside the fridge so no need to find a filling station!

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were great! Having a doorman to facilitate the checkin made the whole process feel just like a hotel. Really excellent BnB. No complaints.

Great place. If you like going to the bars or being close to the fun area, this is the place. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi are EXCELLENT! There’s a bar and they come serve you at the pool. 10/10

I went with my family and we loved it, the place is very nice, very clean, just like the photos and the best thing is that it is very close to the beach, you could walk there. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need, from cleaning products to personal hygiene products. I would definitely come back!!!!

Cute little stay. The only negative thing I have to say is the elevators. There are 33 floors so it took at least 5 minutes every time we needed to go up or downstairs. When we needed to check out the process took 30 minutes. Everything else was really pretty and great.

Honestly, this was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. I had my own parking spot inside the garage, and there were even extra guest spots in case you have more than one car, which was a huge bonus since I didn’t have to stress about finding street parking or paying for it. The instructions were very clear. At first, they seemed a bit confusing, but once I started following them step by step, everything made perfect sense. When I walked into the condo, it smelled fresh and clean, and it felt incredibly cozy, like a home away from home. It had everything I needed: all kinds of spices, dishes, pots, pans, literally EVERYTHING. They even left beach towels and sunscreen, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is also amazing, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The host was super responsive and always ready to answer any questions I had. If I’m ever back in Austin, I’ll definitely book this place again. The pool was a great bonus too!

Spacious and clean. One thing that maybe small to others but it really was a deal seal for me, there was a closet with extra towels and my family and I were really relieved

Incredible location and Airbnb. The view from the back patio was fantastic. Basically a bird refuge in the backyard. The warm neighborhood pool was a hit. Could've used a few basic supplies-- TP, paper towels, soap.

What a beautiful home to stay at! We greatly enjoyed ourselves in this home and cant wait to come back. The home was incredibly clean and smelt so good! It is close enough to the restaurants, but not so close that you hear the city. The neighborhood is perfect, quite, and safe. Perfect office space which already includes a docking station to display your computer screen onto the two existing monitors. Donald was very responsive and helpful. This place books out for a reason, get it while you can! Thanks again Donald for making us feel right at home.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Phil’s. Peaceful outdoor space is the treasure at this home. My kids, 13 and 19, enjoyed the game room.

Our trip to San Antonio was complete with the accommodations this home offered. We were able to use the community pool. The biggest HEB I've ever been to is just 3 miles away, we cooked many meals here and utilized the home's cookware and tools, the washer and dryer were noticeably in new condition, making towel turnaround comfortable, the neighborhood was safe, lawns are landscaped! everything was wonderful. Beautiful large home. Spent 7 days over New years. Has everything you might possibly need for a short or a long stay. Felt right at home. Plenty of towels, great comfortable beds, every appliance you might need in the kitchen. Fully equipped gym. A Great working Sauna and a cold plunge. Great BBQ area. Jesse got back to us in less than 5 minutes for local recommendations and tips. Would definitely go back again!!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The house is big, well appointed and nicely decorated. The rooftop and the terrace are great places to gather, talk and have a drink. Rosie promptly responded to all our questions and requests and she was extremely helpful when we had a medical emergency. We would definitely return to this property and will recommend it to our friends.
