Waterfront vacation rentals in Puchuncavi

The apartment is as shown in the photos, independent access, tidy and clean, with all the toiletries and well equipped for cooking, the only two details we found is that one of the burners in the kitchen did not work and that the TV in the double room is not a smart TV (it had an adapter but it was outdated), everything else was very good. The area has a beautiful ocean view and direct access to the beach for a walk, you have to go down several stairs to get to it (to consider for people with limited mobility). A pleasant experience, I would definitely come back.

Everything was fine with the hosts, beautiful place, comfortable in a very good area of the city. The problem arose with AIRBNB, who wanted to cancel the reservation under conditions that only suited them.

The place met all the necessary requirements, everything was very clean and tidy, a central place with plenty of panoramas to do during the stay, regarding the Host, friendly and quick to respond.

Everything was great, excellent view and location, accessible, etc... maybe the only thing missing: a TV with a streaming device, to be able to access my YouTube and Netflix accounts

the apartment was in good condition, the views were the best, the main bed was very comfortable, although it is not suitable for smokers, there was a smell of tobacco that was noticeable in the apartment, it did not seem like a single guest who did not comply with the policies

Excellent loft, just as shown in the pictures, everything was super clean and comfortable, Cecilia was super flexible with our arrival and departure, it just happened to rain on the last day and she didn't have any problems with checking out later. The area in general is very quiet, ideal for relaxing, nice walks to the beach. I would just point out that there are few options for restaurants or bars open.

The view from the apartment's terrace exceeds all expectations seen in the photos. The place is quiet, away from the "worldly noise", although I went in March, I don't know what it will be like in the middle of summer. The apartment is comfortable and very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with everything. The beds are comfortable and the windows allow you to see the sea at all times, in addition to receiving plenty of sun. It has an awning in case someone wants to escape the sun. It is absolutely recommended. Bruno was very welcoming, willing to solve any problem and Carolina was on another level, gentle and kind. I would definitely return

Beautiful, bright, clean and very functional steps from the beach between forests is Carlos's house. Nothing is missing and Carlos as an excellent host turned out to be a great stay. We are already scheduling a new and longer stay, I would recommend it 100%

We are happy to have stayed in Sara's cabin, it has everything you need, it has very nice view and is very well located, Sara was very flexible with check-out, that is too good! We will definitely be back

All unbeatable. The house is a 100. I went with my family (we are 8) and we were comfortable. Super equipped, steps to the beach and with markets nearby. A beautiful view. Super friendly and attentive hosts.. Super grateful for a lovely vacation. We'll be back

Amazing place in an incredible location with a breathtaking view. Pictures don’t do it justice. Juan was extremely responsive and helpful, including accommodating our need for early arrival and communicating in English instead of Spanish. We hope to come back someday!

It's a beautiful place to disconnect from the routine and take advantage of the connection with nature, local flora and fauna and with your loved ones. It is a very quiet place, with beautiful and affectionate community dogs, you could breathe in the tranquility and harmony. It allows self-fulfillment by operating the tub and includes games for children. Totally recommended

Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

Beautiful views in a very good location to explore both Valparaiso, Viña Del Mar and the casaBlanca valley vineyards. César was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs. I would recommend staying here.

Very nice apartment and very good view and location; communication with Katherine was very quick and everything was clear. We would have liked to have a bath mat to get out of the shower, other than that, everything was very good! We would stay again

The apartment is very nice, as well as comfortable. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is cozy and very nice. The area is very safe. We really enjoyed it.

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.
