Excellent apartment in good condition with furniture and equipment necessary for long stays, also very well located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the center of Viña to get around even walking day or night to restaurants, shopping, parks, and with spectacular views of the city and the sea. From the first moment of my reservation and during my stay, Fernando was very attentive with the instructions, recommendations and his kindness responding to all my questions, that is highly valued because it gives a lot of confidence. It is undoubtedly the best option in Viña del Mar and I would book again on future visits.

The apartment is extremely recommended. It's very well located, there are many amenities nearby and you can do everything by walking. The apartment is the same as the photos and is beautifully decorated and equipped. When I return to Viña del Mar, I will surely stay in her apartment. Communication with Sebastián has been fast and clear. Everything was perfect!!

I highly recommend the accommodation, a very comfortable apartment, super comfortable. Clean and tidy. The location is amazing, as it is close to bars, restaurants, the beach and shopping. The best thing is that it's very safe. A very nice area for walking and touring quietly. We had a wonderful family few days.

We loved staying in Daniel's house, very nice, comfortable, fully equipped, with everything you need for an excellent stay. Very quiet condominium, with many activities that can be done in a family atmosphere.

Francisco was an excellent host. The house is beautiful, impeccable, the same or better than the photos. The house is designed to be with children, everything organized and very clean. There is a playhouse in the yard that my children enjoyed very much. We would definitely come back, it was a super pleasant experience.

It is a very nice house located in a gated community with few houses and little traffic. Children can walk quietly on the sidewalks or streets. The condominium has a playground in good condition, a clubhouse with a swimming pool and a small soccer field in the square and another in the polo area. In the polo sector there are only two horses and it does not seem that anyone practices the sport. Bernardita's house is very organized and comfortable. To go to the beach you have to go by car. To get to the condominium you have to go through a very bad dirt road; any car can pass with caution. There are no shops within walking distance of the condominium. There are some deliveries that arrive (supermarket and hamburgers).

The house is very complete and functional, and the condominium is very nice (as well as the house) and conveniently located. I would like to point out that the host is a transparent, detail-oriented, and flexible person to handle special requests.

Constanza was always attentive to ensure we had a beautiful stay. The accommodation is impeccable and has everything you need to spend a luxury vacation, with all the amenities when cooking, showering or spending a moment of relaxation and entertainment. The location's easy access and proximity to family-friendly and quiet beaches were a plus when enjoying the sea. It certainly exceeded our expectations!!! A 10 out of 10 for every service and comfort offered!!

We stayed 4 nights and the house is very comfortable, as shown in the photos and in the description, the patio is wonderful, we enjoyed the gazebo, sauna, jacuzzi and pool.

We loved our stay, the house was well equipped, clean and the patio allowed privacy and safety, we were with a 2-year-old and our dog. The condominium is located 3 blocks from the beach.

Everything impeccable, Bernardita super attentive to solve all doubts and eventualities. I recommend it
