Apartment for up to 5 people. Large kitchen, walk-in double shower, huge bathtub and two double beds. The apartment is centrally located; the train station is about a 10-minute walk away. A grocery store, a tobacco shop and an inn are within walking distance. Ample free public parking is available near the apartment. The apartment is ideally located for trips to the Schneeberg (valley station 10 minutes by car), to the Hohe Wand or to the Therme Linsberg Asia in Bad Erlach (20 minutes by car).

Dank der großen Fenster sind alle Räume sehr hell. Besonderes Augenmerk wurde auf die hochwertige Einrichtung gelegt. So findet man unter anderem eine Küche und einen Esstisch mit Sesseln aus Elsbeer-Vollholz. Im gesamten Chalet gibt es kostenloses WLAN, welches jedoch auf Wunsch auch ausgeschaltet werden kann. Wir bieten für Wanderer, Skitourer und Auszeitler unsere Ferienwohnung am Biobauernhof am Rand von Puchberg am Schneeberg an. 2 Gäste sind im Preis enthalten. Person 3 & 4 kosten je 13€/Nacht. Die Reinigungspauschale ist für bis zu 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder 50€. Bei 3-4 Erwachsenen sind für den 3. & 4. Gast pro Kopf 5€ zusätzlich vor Ort zu zahlen (also max. 60€ Endreinigung). Die Gemeinde Puchberg hebt zudem eine Kurtaxe pro Erwachsener von 3€/Nacht ein, die ebenfalls vor Ort hinzu kommt.

Idyllically located by the river with a large garden in a central, quiet location and a large parking space for several vehicles, this house is the ideal choice for relaxing days and the perfect starting point for numerous activities. The heart of the house is the cozy tiled stove and a terrace offers the opportunity to grill and relax. A special highlight is the access to the river which provides refreshing cooling in summer and in winter courageous ice bathers get their money's worth

The house, which is about 150 years old, is within walking distance of the Hohe Wand, ideal for climbing, hiking... In a short time you can reach the Schneeberg either by train or car. The house can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. There is a beautiful garden, Swedish stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, 2 toilets, a TV. The municipality of Grünbach charges a tourist tax of €2.80 per person/night to be paid on site.

Our lovingly restored Villa Sebaldi offers plenty of space on two levels. There is a total of over 300 m² with 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and two living rooms are available. Two dining rooms complete the coziness. From the kitchen there is a small terrace and on the upper floor the magnificent veranda balcony with a view of the Rax. Around the house there is a spacious garden where you can barbecue in summer, or simply relax under the old apple tree.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
