Pržno is situated in the most beautiful part of the Budva bay. The abundant trees and other tropical vegetation fill the air with wonderful smells. Przno is a small fishing place that joins together the spirit of the old with the modern glamour. It is linked with Budva by a mini-bus line. During the season the mini buses run every 15 minutes, and during the semi-season every 30 minutes. The place avails of: Post office, outpatient service, food market and several other shops and boutiques.

This stunning apartment became a ruin after the 1979 earthquake and after 42 years it's been given back the charm and character that adds to the charisma of Kotol Old Town. The apartment is located near the back entrance where there was once a swing bridge that was used to service the old town homes , restuarants and hotels. The apartment is located on the first floor, 5 mins away from the Old Town, on foot. The neibhourhood is peaceful, the beaches are 5-10 minutes away on foot. The apartment has 60m2, and the terrace is 40m2 , from which you have a view of the sea of the apartment is a shortcut staircase to the Old Town, beaches and the nearest supermarket. The apartment is detailedly shown in the photos. It has one double and two single beds. Under the apartment is the garden.

Apartment Aneta, central and quiet.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
