We had a lovely time. The amenities were great, beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a peaceful weekend. The location was private and beautiful, and it was nice to be able to see deer snacking nearby. We would definitely return!

This place has a great view off the back porch! Nice inside as well. There are a couple other dwellings within view (one under construction across the road out front and one down a valley out back) but otherwise the area feels pretty private. The fenced in yard was great.

We have family in the area, so we've stayed at several local airbnbs, and this place is our favorite. The property is so cozy, and made us feel right at home. The location is quiet and close to town, but far enough to feel you're in the country. Easy to find, and we loved the little extra touches like fresh cookies with a welcome note in the kitchen. USB ports in all the right places. Half & Half creamer in the fridge for coffee. Soft warm blankets, and a record player in the living area. Perfectly clean and lots of character. We'll be back.

After 40 airbnb stays, this might be my favorite spot. Was passing through on a road trip and found this property in Jay, and had to sleep there. Gorgeous magical stay for the night. Jessica was a fantastic host.

This was such a beautiful place to stay! Definitely would recommend it to anyone going in that area!

We loved staying the night at the birds nest. We enjoyed a nice movie night with our kids. The master bed was extremely comfortable and we loved how well the blinds blocked out the sun. We would love to return!

What a lovely property! The small, private cottage by the lake is charming. Unfortunately, it was cold, rainy, and muddy during our stay, so the host kindly offered to reschedule our dates. We couldn’t make that work, even though the animals were not roaming around. We hope to return someday for the complete experience. The cottage may be small, but it's incredibly cute, and we were welcomed with fresh cookies shaped like little moons. The host really thought of everything to make our stay special. It was clean, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with essentials, from linens to utensils. I highly recommend this getaway for solo retreats, couples, or even small families, thanks to the bunk beds in the extra room.

Beautiful home right in the edge of the lake with a beautiful view. The house had a cool design with an awesome game room in the basement. Lots of space and had no trouble during our stay, will definitely stay here again.

This house has it all. The South Shore community is a great area & Mike was an awesome host. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The location was a country setting with mature trees, a front porch to watch the sunset and no traffic. We live on 25 acres and Beverly's home suited us perfectly. Very comfy with an at home feeling. We enjoyed our stay!!

We were looking for a place to stay for our daughter's birthday by the lake. Suzette was very accommodating although we didn't give much notice of our request to stay. Very nice home and had everything we needed. Suzette was very friendly. We would love to go back in the summer!

The pictures do not do this house justice! When we arrived there was a great welcome basket with snacks and hand written note. The furniture is absolutely beautiful in all the rooms and of high quality. Loved all the fine detailed decorations throughout the home. Definitely a step way above expected. Host was welcoming and went above and beyond ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again!!

Cottage was clean, quiet & comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook/grill and eat in. Awesome lake views! The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. Would visit again if we return to the area.
