Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

Our stay at Barbara's was just great! We felt very comfortable right from the start, because the apartment was not only cozy and wonderfully protected from the heat, but also equipped with everything you could wish for. Especially the great terrace and the perfectly equipped kitchen made our stay very pleasant. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was really complete – there was nothing missing! Barbara herself was just wonderful. She always responded quickly to our questions and gave us many great tips for the area. Her friendly and helpful manner made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this apartment!

We were received in person at the property after a short notice. We got a short tour and received important information. The place is quietly located, which was very accommodating to us. Restaurants, shopping, etc. can be easily reached by car. We received good tips from the hosts. Highlights include the outdoor kitchen with grill and cooking facilities, which can be used very well for warm summer evenings. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at Villa Frantoio in early August and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is in a fabulous, quiet location on the side of a hill, with views over the valley to the hilltop village of Motovun - you really never get tired of the view! The house itself is built and fitted out to an exceptionally high standard, with three good sized double bedrooms, all of which are en suite. All of the furnishings and appliances are of high quality and the hosts, Ksenija and Elvis, seem to have thought of everything - they were also very quick to respond to any query. The village of Livade, which has three restaurants and a corner shop, is a short drive down the hill. This is an exceptional villa in a glorious location, with no immediate neighbours. The photos on AirBnB reflect the reality - you won’t be disappointed.

An inviting pool area is set among lush greenery, featuring a clear blue pool surrounded by wooden decking and several sun loungers. A landscaped stone wall provides privacy while a gentle waterfall feature adds tranquility to the outdoor space.

We absolutely loved our stay in Alaxandar and Louiza’s apartment, the pool area is enclosed by bushes and very private, and we loved it. Our hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful with tips. I hope we will return soon 😊

We had a great holiday at Villa Constantin. It's a really lovely villa that completely lived up to the photos. Lovely rooms, bathrooms, and good materials. Great outdoor areas. The owners were very nice to respond to inquiries. And their point of contact in Croatia, who welcomed us was very service minded and welcoming. The dishwasher broke, it was changed as soon as they could. Really good service. Definitely our recommendations from here.

Check-in was super easy and you can always contact the extremely nice housekeeper in the next house. The apartment itself is sufficient for two or three people, with four people a bit tight. There are two beautiful balconies with great views and a kitchen equipped with the essentials.

The kitchen features modern cabinetry in a soft blue tone, complemented by a wooden countertop. A sleek stovetop and oven are provided, with a stylish sink situated under a window that invites natural light. Decorative items add a touch of color to the space.

Beautiful accommodation for a quiet relaxing holiday. We were completely satisfied. The private pool is very large and clean. We would choose the villa again every time. A few notes for subsequent visitors: you are definitely dependent on a car, as the villa is located in a very small and remote village. The nearest supermarket/bakery is 10 minutes by car.
