Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Provincetown

Kelly’s place is truly wonderful! We felt right at home instantly. The home is bright and open. The furnishings are new and comfortable. A king size bed. We had a great sleep every night. And the desk area was perfect for setting up our electronics and chargers. A fully equipped kitchen which we took advantage of. And having parking right at the door made unloading a weeks worth of supplies so easy. Both patio spaces were the spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Though we spend more time out front and got to know the neighbors. The home is walkable to all that Ptown has to offer. And in a quiet neighborhood. This home is our number one stay in all the years we’ve been using Airbnb. Highly recommend!!

Staying at Cong’s place was fantastic. It’s like staying in an art book it’s so beautifully decorated! The beds are comfy, the fire is delightful and the place is quiet and peaceful. The house is perfect walking distance to Provincetown as well as easy access to the cape. Cong is super helpful and accommodating, responding to our queries and providing amenities like beach chairs and water.

We had a wonderful stay at Chad’s place in Truro. The house was clean, spacious and had a beautiful back yard. After being at the beach or out exploring during the day, at night our kids enjoyed the large open downstairs/basement with the air hockey, ping pong, and tv. We loved the proximity to Provincetown and Wellfleet and all of the beautiful beaches in this area. We would definitely stay here again!

Serene and charming riverfront hideaway. In a residential neighborhood but very quiet. You are 5-10 minutes from great restaurants, shopping, Dennis Beach but it all feels very secluded. We went kayaking every day from the private dock, saw swans, sea lions, and hawks. The space is clean, boho-chic, very comfortable beds, easy to use gas fireplaces. Primary bedroom sitting area/sunroom is dreamy for reading. Kitchen has everything you need. We thought we might miss an ocean/bay view but we didn't at all. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Meg replied to all messages within minutes. We would absolutely come back. Great for a couple or small family.

We had a wonderful stay — a really fantastic property with immaculate interiors and high-quality touches throughout. Communication from the host was clear and prompt, and the location couldn’t have been better. Provincetown was magical, and this was the perfect base for exploring it. Thanks so much for having us!

Back for our second stay at this perfect place, and I hope we can be "regulars!" Incredibly spacious and quiet, this whole-house rental is in its own little neighborhood of owners who take pride in their place ... while Pride is taking place 😀 It's a rarity in Ptown to be walking/biking distance to everything but spared traffic noise from Bradford or Rt 6 and party noise from Commercial! We have found our haven.

Amy was a fantastic host! We enjoyed our stay. House was great, in a fun area, and Amy was a fantastic host and extremely accommodating . Would definitely recommend!

This place was spotless. It was bright and neat. Nice decorative touches. Nicole was clear on all instructions and was very communicative. The area is very quiet. It’s 15 from p town and downtown Welfleet. If felt like a home and not a rental

Songbird Studio was the perfect b&b for me and my partner during our 3 days on the Cape. Private and peaceful, yet centrally located made getting anywhere of interest within 45 minutes extremely easy. The space was both clean and comfortable while also being very affordable compared to other listings. Ann was also such a gracious and hospitable host. The coffee shop right across the street was an added bonus in the mornings! Overall could not recommend this location enough and would 1000% stay here again.

Peaceful stay in Eastham. Beautiful place and amenities. We biked to the Rail Trail and to First Encounter Beach. Kayaks were a nice touch though the mosquitoes prevented us from using them. I loved the porch swing and the kitchen is super cute!

My son and I had a wonderful weekend visit to Eastham. Min's place was very clean, comfortable, and cosy. Coffee bar was well stocked and much appreciated!

Very sweet place. Small but well appointed and everything you need is there. Both private, quiet and pretty while close to town.

Beautiful little condo with great views and everything within walking distance. The photos do not do it justice! Will definitely be back and would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the cape

Ryan was extremely helpful, proactively communicated, flexible, and a really gracious host. Everything was exactly as it was supposed to be and we had no needs to communicate about. I imagine if we had, he’d have been immediately responsive because he reached out to us in advance, making sure we were set for check-in, and reached out prior to check-out to be sure we were aware of the (easy-to-follow) instructions. Couldn’t have been a smoother stay!

I am hesitant to say how GREAT this place is because I want to keep it a secret to ensure that I can book it for future stays! It's so homey and comfortable, beautifully beachy, warm and welcoming. Comfortable beds and tremendous LIGHT! And in the best location. You can walk to Provincetown if you like a good walk and the bay and low tide exploration is literally a 5-minute walk from the cottage. Beaches, hiking trails, grocery store are all within a 5-minute drive. I did not want to leave! And Allison made you feel like you were staying with a friend--hospitable from first contact. Just such a great experience overall!

My fiancé, dog Bandit, and I stayed here for a few days and it was comfortable & had everything we needed. The private beach was a 10/10. Perfect place to watch the sunrise and there are gray seals constantly swimming by near the shore, so cool!! Make sure you take a look at the ideas and recommendations that Patty left in the blue ring binder. I recommend the Rock Harbor Grill for dinner & Ice Cream Cafe for dessert. Close by to the awesome rail trail for dog walks and only a 50ish minute drive to the tip of the Cape Cod National Seashore. I will say BEWARE of ticks if you’re walking your dog. They are plentiful in Cape Cod, believe it or not. Finally, Patty was a wonderful host. We would definitely choose this Airbnb when visiting Cape Cod again.

We are repeat guests at John's place. Always a pleasant stay and will hopefully stay there next year. The unit is very clean, in an excellent location, and everything you need is in the place. John is a great host and very responsive.

From start to finish Rick’s Provincetown apartment was the perfect combination of comfort, value, and convenience. Rick was the consummate host— leaving a list of great suggestions for local places to eat at and visit. On season or off—- this P-Town apartment fills the bill!

A perfect stay at Steven’s place. Comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, cozy, perfectly located in the center of town. The apartment is more spacious than the photos make it seem. Great communication from Steven. Would not hesitate to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place! Check in and check out was very easy and straightforward from Brian’s directions. The place was so clean and incredibly comfortable! We had everything we needed there and loved the location. It was so easy to walk to all of the restaurants and shops! We had a great stay and would love to stay again sometime!

We were extremely impressed with how quaint the house was. Decorated so beautifully and gave a sense of calmness and style- above and beyond with decor details. It really set the mood! The was soooo clean and very well maintained. Location was amazing, right on Commercial street. She was very well-prepped for us- she had a medicine cabinet, lotions, emergency essentials, thermos…everything that you might need for a weekend by the water. She also knew that Commercial street might be a little loud for some hosts, that she even provided ear buds to block out the noise at night.

Waterfront Gem is exactly that, a gem!! Beautiful location right on the bay. Steps away from the Boatslip yet quiet and pleasant!! Park the car and walk everywhere!! Comfortable, clean and well stocked with the essentials!! Paula is very responsive and accommodating!! I'd definitely stay again!! Thank you!!

We loved staying at this spot! It was so close to everything (only 10 min walk from Commercial) but secluded enough that we felt like we were at our own private getaway! It was the perfect amount of space for a couple. It was also so well kept, and spotless! Highly recommend!

This place was spectacular! Absolutely everything we needed was in the house with lots of extra touches. Location was close to water, restaurants, shops, walkable to everything. Beautiful water views, and quiet and peaceful at night for sleeping. Loved the deck and used the grill for dinner one night. Beds were comfy, everything was A+. Enjoyed a couple of trips to nearby beaches, a winery in Truro and golfing. So close to everything. We couldn’t have asked for more, and had the best time with our young adult kids!
