Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Provincetown

Absolutely adored this home and will certainly be back! Home was extremely clean and walking distance to the beach, even with toddlers. Excellent restaurants and so much to do locally! Hosts were very accommodating and responded immediately with anything asked! 10/10!

I had a great stay at the boathouse. There was great communication between the host and I. Nancy kindly excepted an early check-in as I flew on a redeye from LA to Boston.. I will definitely keep this place on my list of places that I stay on the Cape!

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

Marina’s home is so beautiful and clean! We had a crowd of couples and singles, the space fit everyone perfectly! Ample bathrooms, space for relaxing, and comfortable beds! We hope to be welcomed back.

The house was cozy, quaint, and spotless—perfect for our off-season weekend getaway! Adele was incredibly accommodating and flexible with us, and her communication was top-tier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

The house was great and we were able to rent a both units of the duplex! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking large group meals and was close to town when we wanted to go out for food. Daniele was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed our stayed. It's beautiful from the pictures online, but when you walk in it has a feel of being at a getaway even better than expected. The view is gorgeous and the home is very well kept and decorated. A big bonus for us was the spacious outdoor hottub. I would definitely feel comfortable booking with them again!

We had a great time! We are familiar with the area. The pics were exactly as it looked. Very clean and bright. Quiet neighborhood and close to the beach for summer travelers! We would stay here again!

You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

Lucky was an awesome host! She was quick to respond with any questions and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. This space has a great location! It's close enough to walk to town and a short drive to the beach . The studio was clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet, and has all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. We will be renting this space again soon ! Thank you, Lucky !

Great apartment. Close to the beach and great restaurants, but also quiet and peaceful. Slept better here than I do at home.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the space was cozy, clean, and well appointed furnishings. Diana was welcoming, and helpful. The home in a quiet location was a great base for exploring the Cape!

One of the most comfortable places we’ve rented on Airbnb. And the proximity to historic Duck Creek can’t be beat…so much more impressive than photos can do justice.

Immaculate, comfortable and accurately advertised. The bed was very comfortable and we loved sitting out on the deck to enjoy the beautiful weather. Close to nearby restaurants and beaches. We would definitely stay again!

Super convenient location and beautifully appointed accommodations. For first time visitors to P-town, this was a gem as it was easy to find our way around without a car. Looking forward to another stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia’s home! It was in amazing location close to the beautiful downtown but also very private. The private beach is hard to beat! The space was clean, exactly as pictured, and was stocked with anything you could need. Julia was an amazing host who provided clear instructions and responded quickly. Chris’s place was exactly as described and depicted. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great location…..just steps to all of our favorite spots! Chris was also very responsive…. we hope to return again sometime!

Staying at Anil’s condo on the water was a little slice of heaven! It was just as depicted in the photos, but more charming in real life. We especially loved the art that adorned the walls and shelves, and being able to see the water from every vantage point (upstairs and downstairs) was magical. (And what a genius idea to make the kitchen backsplash a mirror, so even when you’re back is turned to the water, you can still see it :) Honestly being there off/pre-season made it even more special, as we felt like we had the neighborhood to ourselves, whilst there were still several great restaurants open for dining out. We’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s over the years, but this place topped the charts. We’ll be going back there in our minds for sure, and hopefully in real life, too!

I've been going to Provincetown my whole life, mostly for day trips. My husband and I took a little weekend away and it was GREAT. Coziest, sweetest, best designed and located place to stay.

Perfect spot for a couple days of shopping and enjoying Commercial Street. Gorgeous views. Perfect location across from the new park. We loved it.

Location location location! Super friendly and available host. Easy access to beach and Commercial Street while feeling a bit tucked away from the mayhem. Don’t hesitate if you’re a single traveler or ok with sharing tight quarters with someone! I was on my own and it was the perfect amount of space.
