Tucked away on a private drive and set back away from Bradford St. You'll still only be 1-1/2 blocks from the bay, a 5 min. walk to the gallery district/ 10 min. walk to town center. Up to 4 guests. Pet fee $20/n/pet. Must sign pet agreement. Bookings 2026: MAY - 3n/min. JUNE thru SEPT - 7n/min and only SAT-SAT rentals. OCT. 03 -17 th - 3n/min.

This freestanding cottage in Provincetown's Beach Point has everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation. A nearby foot path leads to the beach with incredible sunrise/sunset views, including a view of downtown Provincetown and the iconic Pilgrim Monument. This studio cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood tucked off Shore Road; the vibrant Provincetown Street life is just a mile away. The unit was renovated in 2020 with all new furnishings, outdoor shower, kitchenware and appliances.

Inside you'll find 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, gas fireplace, central-air, in-unit washer/dryer, and tons of windows. Enjoy the best of both worlds: have your fun at the clubs, bars, and cabarets in town then return to a peaceful courtyard setting at night.

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know. During this time (Mid June through Mid September, check in and out are on Saturdays.

Classic, beautifully crafted, newer cottage by Cape Cod Bay. All amenities. Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.
