Beautiful Home w/ Pool, Fire pit and Game Room!

KimRating, 5 stars10 months ago
This was our family's first visit to the Cape, and the first time that mom had been back in decades. We had a wonderful stay! Mashpee was a great location - there was local access to good beaches and restaurants; but also a great location to access Sandwich and the Canal, Falmouth, Woods Hole and the Islands, all the way to Provincetown and everything in between. And we took advantage of it all over the week we stayed. Ed was a wonderful host! From booking until we checked out, he was very communicative, friendly, and had great information about local attractions and specialties. The property was very comfortable, and big enough for our family to relax and recharge. And our son loved the heated pool! We would definitely rent this or any of Ed's properties again!

1 bedroom apartment located 5 minute walk to beach

MichaelRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We stayed in the tree house suite. It had a lovely deck surrounded by trees and a great view of the sky. Craig and Ginny are as friendly a couple you will ever meet--always quick to answer questions and offer some great suggestions, Craig even offered to drop us off at a few places. They were so kind they felt like old friends. The beach is beautiful and a five minute walk away--which is great because they charge 25 bucks to park. So do the easy walk, and Ginny will provide chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Hyannis itself is a great place to walk around with lots of shops and great restaurants. We also took a ferry to Nantucket which was delightful, as well. I would visit them again without question. Go. You won't be disappointed. Michael and Rebecca

The home was pristine, more than what we could have asked for. Shelly was an amazing host, again, more than we could have asked for. You want a gorgeous home, with a stellar host, in the cape, with a private pool, amazing amenities, on a golf course and very close to the beaches, fun spots for kids, and shops, go to this place.

Jonathan was exceptionally responsive to any communication. He reached out to the desk at the clubhouse so they were prepared for us when we went to purchase our pool passes which made the transaction that much faster. Our kids had a blast at the pool and enjoyed their stay overall. Was super easy to get to my conference - will book again next year!!

This is THE PERFECT location in Ptown--hands-down! Right in the center of things, Erik's place is the perfect balance of serene, located two blocks off the bustle of Commercial St., and convenient by being walkable to practically every destination in town. The condo is modern, well-appointed, and comfortable, and as a host, Erik is friendly and responsive. I'd absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Ptown, and in fact, it'd be among my top choices of places to choose for a home-away-from-home.

Court Street Hideaway-modern w private large decks

DavidRating, 5 stars5 months ago
My husband and I have been coming to Provincetown for 40 years, in-season and -off season. We especially like coming in the winter now, and the Court Street Hideaway Townhouse is our favorite property so far because of the layout, the spaciousness, the cleanliness, expansive deck (for those who come in the summer) and the natural light that comes streaming into the living area. The kitchen island is a great place to hang out if cooking dinner, and the dining table is real gem! Did I mention dimmers? Every place should have them, and you won’t be disappointed here. The townhouse is a close walk (within 2 min) to the grocery store, and 5 minutes to our favorite restaurants on Commercial Street. It’s the most comfortable airbnb where we have stayed in P’town, and we’ve been to lots of places! Richard, our host, was friendly and attentive, and was on call if we had any questions and responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Waterfront★ Pvt Beach ★ On Bike Path ★Bikes★Kayaks

DesireeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Aruna's cottage was even more beautiful, both inside and out, than the photos. The interior was gorgeous, light filled and many decorative touches that made it feel like a 5-star hotel. The furniture was comfortable and there were many lamps which made reading in the evenings very easy. The art TV picture was very nice when the TV wasn't on rather than looking at a big, black screen. We used the dining table with statement chandelier for all our meals. There were all the kitchen pots, pans and utensils we needed. The refrigerator ice maker and water features were appreciated. Both showers were outstanding in function and beauty. Everything was spotless. The patio was so comfortable with a huge umbrella to shade us while we enjoyed the lake view which was ever changing. A highlight was when a huge turtle came out of the lake and walked across the yard. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is just off the property and is screened by a beautiful, tall white fence and evergreens.

Classic Cape Cod Cottage

MaryBethRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The location was great! We wanted to be near the national seashore which was only a few minutes away. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings- perfect for having a cookout or just relaxing in the lounge chairs. We enjoyed the sunroom with the TV and had plenty of space for games in the evening. It was nice to have the linens provided as that was something some other cottages did not include in the price of the stay. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Chatham Charmer

PhilRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A lovely home with plenty of space, well equipped for a couple or family with young children. The bed was huge, and so comfortable! Comfortable lounge for chilling out in front of the big smart TV, good kitchen with modern appliances. We made use of the gas grill for BBQ, and it was great to have the 2 bikes available to use, with the cycle trail 2 minutes away. Chatham is a great location, a lovely main street, restaurants and shops, 20 minute walk away or a short drive with plenty of parking. We'd recommend "Pain d'Avignon" for great coffee, and lovely bistro food for lunch. Great communication from Godelieve from the moment we booked, good information in advance, through check-in. Responsive and helpful with any small queries. We had a lovely time, thank you, we'll be back.

Old Cape Cottage

ShannonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This quaint home was perfect for my birthday getaway! We hadn’t been back to this area for 18 years & were delighted that it’s still such a lovely place to relax. We didn’t spend much time in the home because we were busy exploring - Hyannis, Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard and strolling around. We loved seeing the wild turkeys that live in the area. Would absolutely recommend Jon’s place to anyone visiting the area.

StephanieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Amazing stay! The cottage was located right in the heart of Provincetown but was private and peaceful. You will be steps away from the action without all the noise at 2 am! The cottage was clean, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed…including umbrellas (which we always seem to need in early June)! Don was a great host! He was available to answer all of our questions and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend! We’re all booked for next year…can’t wait!!

In-town condo close to everything!

TylerRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We booked Jim’s place for a weekend getaway with friends and family while visiting from Seattle, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The location is perfect—just a block from the strip—making it incredibly convenient to walk everywhere. Parking was a breeze with the provided pass, which was a huge plus. The unit itself was fantastic—comfortable, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything you might need during a stay in P-town. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everyone in our group loved it, and we all agreed we totally lucked out finding this gem. We already miss it and would absolutely book again in the future!

Quaint beachfront cottage

SusanRating, 5 stars9 months ago
The cottage was exactly as described and had everything one could need for a stay on the Cape. The views from the deck were stunning, the beach a small world unto itself, and we felt right at home the minute we arrived. The cottage provides solitude yet is close enough to town, restaurants, and a multitude of paddling spots to be super convenient. Lastly, the master bed was the most comfortable of any place we've stayed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kingsbury Beach!

Cozy Condo/Cottage on Cove, Walk to Town

JulieRating, 5 stars4 days ago
I loved this place and plan to rent it again if I can. I get an Airbnb on the Cape for a week every year and this was one of the very best if not THE best place I have experienced. The cottage is so comfortable and it is right on the cove, with water views and breezes, quiet green surroundings, and lots of birds singing. And yet, it is super close to the center of Orleans and many amenities -- can walk to restaurants, ice cream, CVS, funky little shops, bike rental (and the Rail Trail right there), etc. etc. The location is also an easy drive to Nauset Beach, Skaket bayside beach (for walking on the flats and sunsets), Nickerson State Park, aforementioned, Rail Trail, Wellfleet, Chatham... My daughter and I had a fantastic stay. Nancy was very responsive and kind. I have nothing negative whatsoever to say, except that Airbnb is getting so expensive, I can see it starting to move beyond what I can afford, which makes me sad. But that is not the owner's fault at all. A+++

Charming renovated Wellfleet Hideaway

ThomasRating, 5 stars3 days ago
This charming guest house was just what we needed for our Cape Cod stay- simple, central, and a great value with no unnecessary amenities inflating the price. The cottage is quiet and restful, tucked away from disturbances, yet perfectly positioned for exploring the best of the Cape. From Wellfleet, you get easy access to the seashore in the east, bayside beaches to the west, the northernmost point, and down to Chatham. Wellfleet itself is quaint, not outdated, but beautifully preserved in true Cape Cod spirit. You could pay more elsewhere for a sauna and extra frills, but why bother? The salt air touches everything, even the twice as expensive listings in the surrounding towns. Book this spot with confidence for a peaceful, well-located retreat.
