Beautiful comfortable and authentic house, beautifully renovated, where it is cool even in high heat. The view of the rooms is splendid. Géraldine is very welcoming. Stresa is a 10-minute walk away, a little more on the way back because the slope is steep but it's a pleasure to be able to do everything without a car. We had an excellent week and we will be back for sure!

We enjoyed it very much here, Edwin is a great host and we had nice contact with him. The apartment is just right for a vacation, you will find everything you need, even in the kitchen, without unnecessary frills. Unfortunately, the refrigerator lacks an ice compartment for cool drinks. Everything was clean, the large beds in the 2 beautiful bedrooms comfortable. The outdoor area is simply great, built on several floors with a magnificent lake view. It's all exactly as shown in the pictures, and very pleasant to stay there. The location of the village of San Bartolomeo is also very good. In the nice village on the slope there are no shops or restaurants except for a very small shop (where you can order bread for the next morning), but you can get to Cannobio in less than 10 minutes by car (without it will be difficult here), so that's no problem. The swimming area down at the village is beautiful and within walking distance. Conclusion: highly recommended!

Our stay at the charming mountain chalet was absolutely delightful! The location was stunning, with breathtaking views and plenty of sunshine streaming through the windows. The chalet itself was beautifully designed, cozy, and peaceful – the perfect retreat for both skiing adventures and quiet moments of relaxation. The nearby slopes made it easy for us to enjoy skiing, while the serene atmosphere allowed us to unwind completely. Even our dog had a wonderful time exploring the surroundings and relaxing by the fireplace with us. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a mix of outdoor activity and tranquility! And our host was a STAR !!! Our holiday was magical, Tommaso we can't thank you enough.

A great place to stay high above Lake Maggiore. Fantastic lake view. Spacious and generous. We wanted don't even leave the terrace, we liked it there so much. The very fine pool provides cooling in between. Everything is super well maintained and very tastefully furnished. Paola is a wonderful hostess, always approachable, super nice and friendly. She provided us with tips for the best restaurants and even reserved it for us. We had a fabulous time and would keep coming back.

We are delighted with our stay during the New Year period, with fireworks all around the lake visible from the terraces of the house! Catalda is welcoming and welcomed us very well. The house is spotless and well laid out. Nothing is missing. Regarding walking access: it doesn't even last 1 minute and we went up easily with a toddler! In short, everything was great. An authentic house in a narrow alley, with beautiful views from multiple spots in the 3-story house. The house can only be reached by steps by steps. That makes it special. Marco responds super quickly and is very helpful. We were four adults and a small dog and had a good time (10 days). A place to return to!

We had a wonderful stay in Riccardo's apartment. Everything was as he described it. The view over the lake was even more impressive than in the photos! A very clear recommendation!
