The location is also excellent, in a very quiet area and with car parking (in addition to the garage) practically in front of the house; just 1 minute by car to reach the chairlift for the slopes of Mera and also from the center of the village. In 20 mnuti you can reach the Alagna cable car Perfect in everything, we'll go again

Beautiful Chalet, very clean and tidy. The bed linens smelled very good, like everything else. There are all the amenities. The apartment gives you that feeling of peace and quiet. Dina is a very friendly and kind person, and was very helpful when I asked for information about the different shuttles. She was very flexible on checkout and also on the other... We had a nice weekend. Thanks again Dina.

Great place to stay, easy to find, clean and with everything you need. It is also located near the Pineta di Santa Maria Maggiore, which is therefore easily accessible on foot. Friendly and very flexible host regarding check-in and check-out times.

Unique, authentic accommodation in the middle of the San Domenico ski area with beautiful interiors, lovely details and good layout. Very good comfort for a mountain hut, you can do hand, because at least you are at almost 2,000 m above sea level. Rosella is a perfect host and provides her family's place – as you say – to meet nice guests from all over the world. We were able to enjoy the holiday here as a family and will be happy to come back. Grazie Rosella per tutto!

We loved staying at Domitillas traditional Walser house. It was so cool! It was so cozy and perfect for my sister and I with two separate bedrooms and separate bathrooms. We were met upon arrival, and shown around. The floor in part of the house is heated, which was so nice as the area had an unexpected cold front come through in late April. The walk to town was less than 15 minutes, and the restaurants were delicious and everyone was so genuinely nice and friendly. Alagna is in the Alps and the area is stunning. We were there between seasons, so it was quiet, which we loved. It is a mountainous area, and the house is on top of a small hill which you walk to, so you need to be prepared for a nice walk. I would go back to Alagna and stay in the house again! Thank you for opening it up to us.

I had a great stay at the farm. It’s very quiet and very beautiful surrounding. The host was very helpful and friendly and responsive. The house is wooden so it’s true you can hear other guests in their rooms, but everyone is very considerate of each other and it’s nice and calm at night. Thank you!

We stayed for two days at Andrea's place, and it was really a very nice place!! Exactly as in the photos, everything very clean, apartment equipped with absolutely everything you need, Upon arrival we found the house already heated ,Andrea was very helpful in answering all the questions and gave us tips for the restaurants and the various activities requested . The check-in that he communicated and guided us in the procedures to enter is also very easy! Located in front of the chairlift for the climb on the ski slopes,a two-minute drive away. The apartment is on a small and very quiet street...you sleep in absolute peace!! Basically, aplace to stay where we'll definitely be back 😃 Thank you so much Andrea for hosting us !

We discovered a beautiful location and at the same time a beautiful solution to stay.

The house is in a quiet and residential area, easily accessible and a short distance from the center of the village, it is also a few meters from the departure of the chairlift for the Alpe Mera. The property is spacious and comfortable, developed over two floors, with a living area and a sleeping area. The large private garden is very nice. Tiziana was very kind and very collaborative to organize check-in and check-out.

What can I say: the chalet is enchanting and Margherita/Matilde are wonderful and responsive co-host. The chalet may not tick every single box in terms of modern comforts, but for a precious 600 year old building in a mountain hamlet it is incredibly well designed and equipped. We found it in immaculate conditions and equipped at a very high standard (no dish washer, but there is no space for it). Most things were provided for, rather than the bare empty cabinets one often finds. No central heating; the pellet stove is very cosy and warms up the place very nicely, but it needs to be turned on and off (no time programming). The location is equally enchanting, but it’s a vigorous trek up, so it may not be for everybody. I was moved the moment I walked in, so magical is the place, and felt right at home. It may not be for everyone, but it certainly made me and my family feel privileged to be able to share in its history, beauty and warmth. Thank you Virginia and Margherita!

We can’t say enough about our stay. It’s perhaps the most beautiful view you’ll find in the area. You enjoy the peace and beauty, and with a 40 minute drive you can visit Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore. There is great hiking just down the driveway and the most incredible locally sourced food. Ivan is so passionate and professional. We could go on and on . . . so incredible

This was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The location is in a small hamlet of traditional Walser houses perched above Alagna next to a tiny church, with a wonderful view down the valley. The house has tremendous character and if you have an affininity with old buildings you will not fail to fall in love with the place. It has been very sensitively refurbished with very efficient heating, great showers and kitchen is well equipped. It snowed nearly a meter within 24 hours of our arrival and to say we felt like we were living in a fairytale is an understatement. The house is furnished and decorated as as a family home and we felt privileged to have stayed here.

Small but tidy and cozy cottage. Bathroom with spacious shower and water that is always hot. Quiet area surrounded by greenery. Very helpful host. 10 min from Staffa. We had a good time!
