Our stay at Barbara’s apartment was exceptional. Best abnb we have stayed in. It was absolutely immaculate. It exceeded our expectations. Barbara’s attention to detail is what makes the apartment stand out. The view over the lake from the balcony is stunning. Barbara was a very attentive host , we had a problem with the car whilst we were there and Barbara’s help was invaluable. The apartment is perfect for a short term or longer stay like we enjoyed. We toured all of the lake , the proximity to the boat terminals is very convenient in Angera or Ranco. We enjoyed a day trip to Milan by train which was very straightforward. Thank you Barbara , we will definitely return .

Anotello’s apartment was the perfect place for our holiday! The apartment was clean, great location right by the lake, and he was very friendly!!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Italian apartment! The hostess was warm and helpful – you felt welcome from the first moment. The apartment itself is angled and full of character, with a very special atmosphere. Especially the beautiful courtyard and the hidden terrace were real highlights – perfect retreats to relax after a day of exploring. The equipment is basic but very practical and thoughtful – everything we needed was there. Overall, an authentic place with a lot of soul and its own magic. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay, Ivan was extremely quick to respond to any messages before and during the stay. We stayed with 3 children from the age 9 to 1 and they all had a great time at the property, especially in the garden which was extremely safe for all of them. The property was very well equipped, plenty of towels etc and had lots of extras which were much appreciated, especially the games for the kids and the coffee for the adults. We loved the area and enjoyed walking to the shops, the river and the playground (all mentioned in the description) and the local bakeries are definitely worth visiting! For going further, we found it perfectly located for day trips to Stressa and Como and always found parking outside which was very convenient!

We were in this really unique apartment in early June. We will definitely miss having the quiet lake in front of us. Particularly noteworthy is the really very good amenities of the apartment. With the kayak provided, we were on the go a lot and were able to explore the lake from the water. We definitely want to come back.

We had a lovely stay at the Italian Charm! The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It might be difficult to get to the appartment at first, but with the very clear instructions provided, we found it quite easily actually. Dirk is a very involved and responsive host, who thinks along when there's a problem. The surroundings are beautiful with a nice view of the lake from the living room. We found Ghiffa itself a small but nice town. It was quite peaceful, except for the main road running through, which could be a bit noisy. We went to Intra/Verbania (a 10 minute drive) a number of times for groceries, going out for dinner and the ferry among other things.

When you enter the apartment “La Isola Madre” you feel right at home and very welcome. Paolo and his mom were wonderful hosts, always kind and so helpful. Right from the start helping us with our luggage, guiding us in finding parking locations, and giving us great recommendations where to eat and what to visit. If we needed something additionally to the already well equipped apartment, they quickly got it for us. We had to fight the heat a little, but if you close the blinds in the morning and open them up late in the afternoon, and with the help of the ventilators you’ll get along. We were rewarded with a wonderful lake view only spoiled by the sign of the cafe below the apartment. The apartment is in the touristic center of Verbania so it might get a bit loud from time to time. We thank you for being such great hosts and will always remember our stay at your place. Beautiful apartment in a central location with lake view We had a great time in this wonderfully located apartment. The accommodation is very centrally located – everything is easily accessible – and the two balconies overlooking the lake are a real highlight. Although a road runs very close, the noise level was surprisingly low and hardly disturbed our stay. The apartment is well equipped, we didn't lack anything. Everything was very clean and well maintained, you can immediately tell that a lot of love for detail is put into the work here. A big plus was also the warm host. We were lucky enough to meet her in person, which made the stay even more personal and enjoyable. We were also particularly pleased that dogs are allowed – a clear bonus for us as dog owners! We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place.

Thank you for a wonderful stay on Lake Orta! Carla was extremely helpful and friendly and the property was perfect for my and my daughter's needs. We had everything we needed, plus the location right on the lake, within an easy walk to the town, but far enough away from the centre to enjoy the peace and quiet, was ideal. Having parking and not having to drive through the town's narrow streets to access the property made life a lot easier.

Mary's place is impeccable in terms of location and cleanliness. She was always kind from the first contact and also left us sweets, fruit and fresh water that we enjoyed very much. Excellent base for visiting the lake and its surroundings. Highly recommended

The apartment is perfectly located - right in the heart of the historic centre. I particularly appreciated the nice decoration in the apartment, it is bright and has everything you could need (iron, washing machine, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 TVs even) and it was so clean and inviting. Aldo & Martina were extremely reactive and were flexible with my arrival so that I could enter and leave my baggages in the apartment whilst it was being cleaned in preparation for my stay. I can highly recommend Aldo & Martina's studio for a stay in Domodossola.

Very good location near the station I spent 5 lovely days in a house and they were simply unforgettable! The tranquility from the place, the house was cozy and well equipped, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the place.

Luciana is a great hostess. We felt very comfortable and were very warmly received by Luciana's parents. Our children were also very and there was everything you need for babies/children! The property is clean, spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. We lacked nothing. In a few minutes, you are at the lake and many excursion destinations are easy and quick to reach. Thanks for the great week!

Dream vacation!! Host available and kind. The location is perfect for spending time in full relaxation in contact with nature and beautiful trails that start directly from the house. Comfortable house equipped with all comforts. A nice swim in the pool after a hike is the icing on the cake

Magnificent apartment with ample space. Peaceful locations. Spacious terrace and great views. Spacious and well appointed bathrooms and bedrooms. However main bedroom area has large ceiling windows, which brought in beautiful natural light, though it would benefit from a covering for those who prefer a darker room in the morning.” Kitchen equipment and cabinet space somewhat lacking (e.g. colander for pasta, cheese grater, although water kettle and espresso machine greatly appreciated) Ample parking space

We had a very pleasant stay at Ivan's place, which has all the amenities and has a great view of Lake Maggiore. The residence is easy to access, well located, very quiet and we were able to enjoy the swimming pool and tennis court with pleasure. A place to recommend, we will be back with pleasure!

The apartment was perfect for us and we loved the private rooftop terrace! Pool was nice and warm for our 1 year old to swim in it. Thank you Francesca for a great stay!

A very beautiful place — everything was perfect.

Great stay in this beautiful area. Very nice accommodation with its garden and peaceful terrace. Very accommodating host who allowed us to arrive earlier and enjoy the last day longer. Maybe just ask if the pool is already open according to the reservation dates.

The apartment is super nicely located with a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. You can even enjoy the view from the bed. You can even relax on the balcony in the rain, as it is completely covered. Unfortunately, you have to go everywhere by car, as there were no pedestrian paths at the apartment. But by car you can quickly get to the surrounding villages with beautiful promenades and restaurants.

We had a lovely stay. We had plenty of room for 6 people. Mauro is easily accessible and responded promptly to any questions. The pool is nice, but we couldn't use it much due to the bad weather. The location is between Baveno and Stresa. Difficult to reach on foot, as the property is located directly on the main road and there is no curb. However, it is not a problem by car/taxi. All in all very good and can be recommended.
