Chalet vacation rentals in Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola

Jill's Chalet Boden is a real gem. The space was comfortable with everything we needed, and plenty of space for 4 people. The views were all beautiful, ranging from picturesque views of the wooded hill to breathtaking views of the mountains and the town in the valley below. The town is cute without being touristy, and the townspeople are very friendly. There's a lot to do within driving distance. Milan and Lake Come are a little over an hour away. Lago Maggiore, along with a couple of smaller and less touristy, though no less beautiful, lakes are a 15 minute drive. I only have two caveats. First, it's not handicapped accessible. The path to the house from the road, while short and not particularly arduous, would be unnavigable for my 87 year old mother, which is a shame as she would absolutely adore this place. You also need a car. Public transportation isn't really an option. But if you can walk reasonably well and have a car, Chalet Boden is amazing. A week wasn't enough.

Der Aufenthalt in eurer Baita war genau was wir uns gewünscht hatten! Die Lage und die Aussicht sind wirklich atemberaubend. Es herrscht eine unglaubliche Ruhe, zu hören sind nur der Bach und die Tiere. Ein perfekter Ort um zu entschleunigen und die Natur auf sich wirken zu lassen. Sehr authentisch und einfach, und trotzdem sind Basics wie warmes Wasser und Herd verfügbar. Dass man im Haus ein Feuer machen konnte war für uns besonders schön, auch das Heizen des Wassers mit Feuer war ein tolles Erlebnis. Danke, Claudio e Patrizia, dass wir in eurer wunderschönen Hütte verweilen durften - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Abbiamo trascorso giorni meravigliosi a Piode, un posto splendidamente situato negli Alpi, con tante possibilita per escursioni o passeggiate in montagna. L'accoglienza è stata molto cordiale e calorosa; ci siamo subito sentiti “at home”. La casa è fantastica con uno stile bellissimo. Il giardino è enorme e bellissimo da vedere ed è stato un meraviglioso parco giochi per i nostri cani. Ci piacerebbe tornare qui!

Our stay at the charming mountain chalet was absolutely delightful! The location was stunning, with breathtaking views and plenty of sunshine streaming through the windows. The chalet itself was beautifully designed, cozy, and peaceful – the perfect retreat for both skiing adventures and quiet moments of relaxation. The nearby slopes made it easy for us to enjoy skiing, while the serene atmosphere allowed us to unwind completely. Even our dog had a wonderful time exploring the surroundings and relaxing by the fireplace with us. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a mix of outdoor activity and tranquility! And our host was a STAR !!! Our holiday was magical, Tommaso we can't thank you enough.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Perfekt für ein paar entspannte Tage fern vom Alltag. Rasmus ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, alles hat gut funktioniert. Nicht geeignet für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität.

Splendida esperienza! Una baita molto accogliente in ogni particolare, dalle lucine esterne nel giardino al camino a vista nella sala. È stata una scelta perfetta per passare una vacanza tra amici sentendosi a casa. Molto gentili anche i proprietari che ci hanno fatto trovare legna pronta in grande quantità, camino già acceso e un benvenuto caloroso per dare inizio ai festeggiamenti di capodanno. Decisamente consigliata!

Wir waren zum dritten Mal im Casa Bosco. Das lichte Ferienhaus ist auf einem grossen, schön bepflanzten Grundstück im Wald gelegenen. Die Terrasse bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick über den See. Wir reisten spät an und wurden zuvorkommend empfangen. Im Kaminofen brannte das Feuer. Alles was wir für den Aufenthalt brauchten war vorhanden. Wir werden wiederkommen!
