Francesca's place is wonderfully located on top of the hill at Spoltore. From the room one has the sunrise, the sea and the mountain. The terrace has the sunset and the lovely flowing hills that Abruzzo has to offer. From here one can stroll around in this lovely town with amazing bakeries, coffee bars, and pizza's! Francesca is super friendly, speaks well English and makes really an effort to make one feel at home, also with the breakfast. She even pre-prepared us breakfast for us when we had to check-out early (around 5 am). Totally recommend to stay with her. We hope to be able to stay with her again in the future! To get there, best is to navigate to: "Terrazza Mare Monti" with the car park it somewhere near the top, then it is a 2 min walk to her house.

Mi serviva un alloggio in Spoltore paese quindi non avevo necessità di spostarmi. l'alloggio è praticamente in centro con tutti i servizi necessari a due passi. ottimo per due persone. un eventuale terzo ospite dovrà adattarsi su un divano letto in soggiorno.

From the start when we got here, the gate would open with a remote. That set very good first impressions for a very organized, well kept home. When we walked inside the house, everything was very organized and clean, and everything was exceptional. We couldn’t have felt more welcome in this house. The bedrooms were perfectly set, making this experience even better. The kitchen, everything was provided, from coffee machine with coffee capsules, to a fridge full of drinking water. The living room was set up with different snacks for us and all the furniture was absolutely perfect. The whole atmosphere was clean, calming and perfect. The host would continuously check in with us to see if we needed anything further which was very kind and helpful. If it was possible to give it more than 5 stars, I would. 100% would recommend.

Alloggio stupendo.. Veramente da sogno, ha superato ogni aspettativa. Non rende minimamente dalle foto è ancora meglio di quanto sembri. Marco è Teresa sono meravigliosi. Gentili e disponibili. A colazione ci hanno fatto trovare dolci fatti in casa e tante altre cose buonissime. Consigliatissimo... Ci torneremo presto

Esperienza positiva. Siamo arrivati 8:30 e la casa era già disponibile, pulita ed in ordine. Maria ci ha accolti fornendoci tutte le indicazioni del caso, con calma e cortesia. Le foto erano fedeli alla realtà e la casa, nonostante il mobilio sia un pó datato, aveva tutto in ordine e non mancava assolutamente nulla, ma proprio nulla. Una vacanza serena e piacevole, ottima posizione e tanto spazio a disposizione. Prezzo onesto per i servizi offerti. Consigliatissimo!!!

Ottima location di fronte al mare per una vacanza rilassante! È stato piacevole trascorrere una settimana in questa località :molti gli eventi proposti la sera anche nelle città adiacenti. Margherita è stata sempre molto puntuale e attenta alle nostre richieste, la casa era proprio come ce l'aspettavamo! Bello e fresco il terrazzino dove abbiamo spesso mangiato. Molto consigliato a tutti, ma soprattutto alle famiglie, per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza rilassante, per chi vuole riposare all'ombra di una pineta e per chi vuole passare serate estive tranquille con feste di paese!

You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The location is superb - extremely close to the centre - just a short stroll. The breakfast was wonderful. The views magnificent. The rooms tastefully decorated. Parking not a problem (past Porta Romana is free and just a short walk). Dagmara and Marilena very friendly and helpful. We had both rooms and will recommend to friends for future visits to Ascoli Piceno.

Maria Pia's Airbnb, is absolutely fabulous! it was beautifully appointed. Maria Pia greeted us with a friendly smile and showed us all around the apartment. The Airbnb is along the piazza, which made it convenient to shop, go to a café, have an aperitivo, or a passeggiata. We can't thank her enough, and will book her Airbnb the next time we are going to Ascoli Piceno.

BnB delizioso come descritto. ottima posizione e pulizia. necessario per colazione eccezionale: frutta fresca, succhi, caffè, the e un'ottima crostata. ottima comunicazione con gli host. siamo stati davvero molto bene

L'appartamento corrisponde alle foto ed alla descrizione, tutto molto pulito. Particolarmente apprezzati il bagno, con una ampia doccia e la cucina,con elettrodomestici di qualità. Molto belli i pavimenti,in gres porcellanato con una texture ad imitazione del legno,molto funzionali. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato marmellate ed yogurt per la colazione di alcuni giorni. L'appartamento, essendo mansardato, non è altissimo. In compenso il tetto è ben coibentato e le stanze si sono mantenute fresche nonostante le alte temperature di quei giorni. L'appartamento si trova a Giulianova alta,cosa che assicura una notevole tranquillità soprattutto notturna rispetto a Giulianova lido, peraltro raggiungibile , per gli amanti del mare,in pochi minuti in auto. Il parcheggio è sempre stato facile,sempre nella piccola piazza sotto casa tranne il sabato,giorno di mercato. L'unico appunto che mi sento di fare riguarda la larghezza del letto. L'host Vilma sempre gentile e disponibile,ricca di consigli.

Wat een fantastische ervaring! Dianne is een super gezellige en ontzettend vriendelijke vrouw die je je meteen thuis laat voelen. Haar huisje is echt een pareltje – knus, sfeervol en gelegen op een top locatie. Je voelt meteen de liefde in huis, niet alleen van Dianne zelf, maar ook van haar drie geweldige honden. Samen hebben ze 11 pootjes, wat het huis nog specialer en hartverwarmender maakt. Een unieke en liefdevolle plek waar je gegarandeerd met een glimlach vertrekt. Aanrader!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf Ascoli und braucht trotzdem nur 5 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und Elisabetta und ihre Mitarbeiterin haben sich zudem sehr liebevolle um unsere 10 Monate alte Tochter gekümmert. Alles in allem eine tolle und sehr kinderfreundliche Unterkunft.

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views from both the rooftop and our own bedroom windows. Mountains, vineyards etc for as far as the eye could see. Rooms beautiful and everything in perfect condition. Hosts very friendly and set us a breakfast table (delicious food) in their beautiful garden. Highly recommended

Gli host (Francesca e Francesco) sono stati molto accoglienti, gentilissimi e disponibili. Ambiente pulito ed ordinato. Vista bellissima e colazione molto buona.

This is our second time at Giovanni’s place and probably won’t be the last. We love Penne and Giovanni’s is right on the main square. Lovely place, all good things.

All'inizio ero un po' frastornato perché non sapevo che cosa aspettarmi. Un po'alla volta ho potuto respirare e rispettare tutta la bellezza di una villa antica con i suoi soffitti alti e gli affreschi alle pareti. La stanza molto pulita e le attenzioni ai dettagli hanno reso il soggiorno molto piacevole. Le spiegazioni per il check-in molto dettagliate, il posto sempre caldo. La colazione perfetta con le deliziose uova fresche dal pollaio. Insomma posso solo parlare bene e sicuramente se torno da quelle parti questo sarà nuovamente il mio alloggio. Grazie mille
