Der Gastgeber war stets freundlich, zuverlässig und immer erreichbar. Jedoch gab es Parkplatzprobleme, diese sollten beseitigt werden. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und auf die Angaben ist verlass. Jedoch sollte mehr auf die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs geachtet werden. Alles in allem hatten wir dort einen tollen Aufenthalt und fühlten uns wohl.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserer Auswahl .Alles war super - schöne Aussicht,sehr schöne Umgebung.Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich .

sono stato in questo residence per una settimana con la mia famiglia, la casa per essere un bilocale e ben divisa e spaziosa. Non è luminosissima, ma grazie alla sua posizione risulta sempre fresca e abbastanza silenziosa (specialmente nella camera da letto). L'host offre tutto quello che può servire per il soggiorno ed è molto gentile e disponibile. la posizione è strategica: il mare è molto vicino, inoltre ha nelle immediate vicinanze rosticceria, bar e supermercato, oltre ad alcuni ristoranti. Unica nota dolente l'acqua calda non si riesce a regolare e rimane costante per non più di qualche secondo. Tornerei volentieri.

Accueil chaleureux, l'hôte, Marco, est disponible, serviable et il est accommodant selon nos horaires. Il connait bien son quartier et nous indique les meilleurs adresses parfois même en nous accompagnant pour nous présenter lui-même aux commerçants ! Le logement, plus grand que ce à quoi je m'attendait, était d'une propreté exemplaire, l'emplacement génial, au centre du coeur touristique de Rimini ; je recommande sans hésiter la Résidence Kimba pour tous... même en hiver !

This was our fourth time at the Cristallo Rimini and we're already looking forward to the fifth one. Great place, convieniently located near the beach, you get the best of both worlds: the privacy and cosiness of a full 2-story appartement (with 3 balconies!) and all the services of a Luxury hotel! What can you ask for more? They have a great family owned (breakfast and dinner) and operated restaurant on premises with daily changing menus for dinner. You almost feel in the family. Thank you for everything!

L'Host è stato accogliente e disponibile con noi. L'appartamento è vicinissimo a spiaggia, negozi, ristoranti e stazione. Abbiamo trascorso delle ottime vacanze.

This apartment is owned by the National Hotel on the beach. It is a newly renovated apartment building that is in pretty good shape. The parking below is extremely tight and would not recommend parking there with a big fat car. We parked a Tesla Model Y, and it fit but required 2 spotters to get in and out of. If someone parks by the entrance way on the north side, you can get in but not out. If you have a fat Audi or BMW forget it, they do have parking at the main hotel that is a bit better. It is a secure parking facility, and your room key operates the garage doors just fine.

Bardzo ładny, przestronny apartament ze wszelkimi udogodnieniami i pełnym wyposażeniem. Gwarantowane miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu (stromy podjazd tylko i ciężko wiekszym autem wykręcić). Położony blisko szerokiej plaży. Jest gdzie spacerować czy długim wybrzeżem czy deptakiem z licznymi barami, restauracjami i sklepami. Byliśmy poza sezonem, więc wszelkie atrakcje przy plaży były zamknięte. Mnóstwo placów zabaw z małymi basenikami dla najmłodszych. Jeśli ktoś lubi gwar nadmorskiego miasteczka, to miejsce to gwarantuje, oczywiście w sezonie.

I nostri host sono stati gentilissimi, precisi e disponibili. L'appartamento, molto pulito, ha una cucina comoda e ben fornita, bagno e camera spaziosi. Ottima la posizione; bellissime le nostre colazioni in terrazza, con vista mare e porto!

Ottima posizione , servizi semplici e completi , appartamento ordinato e pulito, una piacevolissima e vera accoglienza famigliare, presente ma discreta. Un ringraziamento speciale a Sara, alla Sua cortesia e massima disponibilità !

If I could give 10 stars I would! The apartment was beautiful and has a bright, sunny patio. The space was comfortable and quiet and the setting is lovely and just steps from the beach. Sara and her sister were wonderful hosts and even let me stay late on my checkout day to wait for my train. I had such a wonderful experience, I would go back just to stay here! Thank you so much!
