Filippo was a wonderful host, and extremely responsive — when we had a problem he got back to us in minutes! The house is beautiful, and has impossibly gorgeous views and sunsets. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Cozy house with everything you need, even dishwasher and washing machine. The pool is nice and clean and big. Communication with Paola and her husband was straightforward. We were the only one missing a grill, which is not contrary to the description. But that was really the only little thing. We had a very nice and relaxing vacation!

I stayed with my dog the second week of July 2024, the welcome and stay were excellent. The owners, who live in the same building, are available if necessary. The apartment has all the necessary amenities. Externally, the home is very well cared for and structured so that everyone has their own privacy. Recommended!

The villa is located in the Monterodondo region of Gavi, located on a hilly ridge just a few minutes drive from the Serravalle Scrivia motorway toll booth, not far from one of the largest Italian oulets. The area is quiet with open views of hills and woods. The property is spacious and well-kept with decor that recalls English country houses: it has on two levels of three bedrooms,two full bathrooms and large common spaces with kitchen and dining room beyond the living room;no air conditioning,only fans. Private outdoor parking. Nice girdino with delicious pool for exclusive use. Comfortable and reserved living room. Beautiful style house completely renovated and equipped with 2 kitchen. The owner Roberto is very friendly and available. The secluded villa is conveniently located in the area to visit the surrounding villages to Milan.

I was very satisfied with the cottage and I really appreciated Barbara's kindness and availability. It's nice to walk into a place where there are little extra things put there for you, to make your stay more comfortable. It shows attention and a desire to make the people welcomed feel good.🥰

The house is located right in the historic center, a historical wealth. Mrs Luisa is extremely attentive, and excellent host. We have everything we need for a good stay: kitchenware, bathroom and good sleep, not counting the miminhos in the fridge, fruit and coffee... recommend!

We had a great time thanks to Gloria. She is extremely responsive and instantly responds to all questions, which is very reassuring. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The apartment is very well equipped and is in a quiet and relaxing setting. Only on Friday nights there was a little music, but Gloria had warned us beforehand, so no unpleasant surprises, and that didn't bother us at all. The accommodation is located in a small, typical and warm Italian village. Just a short walk away is a large children's park, which made our little ones happy, as well as two very convenient bars-pizzerias. We were also able to safely park our trailer with our motorcycles directly at Gloria's place which was a real plus for us. We would highly recommend this accommodation to bikers or motocross enthusiasts who want to stay in peace. Another huge thank you to Gloria.

We had a great week with friends at Luisa and Guido's. We were afraid of being hot, but with the fans and pool, it was perfect. We even had access to the kitchen and outdoor shower room. Luisa also prepared focaccia for us for August 15, it was delicious. We recommend it!!

A beautiful domain surrounded by nature with a great swimming pool. There are a number of beautiful walks near the campsite. The very nice and likeable Garbagna is a 10 minute walk. There you will find everything in the small neighborhood shops. There is also quite a (excellent) hospitality industry in the village. We had a great vacation with our family and will definitely be back someday!

my family and I had a fantastic 10 days at the villa, enjoying the amazing pool, which was well maintained and spotlessly clean. The villa was spacious with all the amenities. We were given plenty of helpful local recommendations and any questions asked were promptly answered. A great place to stay.

This beautiful Italian farm house is out in the country, among the vineyards, with beautiful views. Absolutely peaceful. I can imagine that in the summer time the outdoor tables and grill are well utilized. A really fun place for gathering with friends. Lots of room to spread out, to cook, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. The old home is charming. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. We stayed two nights in mid-September , a magical place surrounded by nature , a beautiful pool and a nice and kind Christian. Very nice garden, bbq possibility and great privacy . We will be back

We had a lovely stay at the house. Amazing views, authentic shops and lovely restaurants in the neighbouring town. The pool was really refreshing. Ornella and Matteo were always ready to give us helpful information and tips.
