The suite is 80 square meters and consists of: a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with two sofas, a table and chairs, and a bathroom for exclusive use. A crib and/or cot can be added upon request. The suite is equipped with double glazing, mosquito nets, a minibar and a breakfast corner. Independent entrance in front of the pool for exclusive use. Beautiful view.

The Studio Apartment of the 'B&B Sarita's Rooms' has been renovated and refurbished. Inside you will find an open space including a double bedroom, a reading area, an area with a sofa bed (2 additional beds) and a television. There is also a kitchen complete with utensils and a bathroom with shower. The B&B is just a 10-minute walk from the famous 'Certosa di Pavia'. It is located in a strategic point halfway to visit both the cities of Pavia (10 min) and Milan (20 min).

The estate is located in a park of about 7 hectares where, next to a large number of valuable plants such as magnolia, sophora, holly, birch and tamarisk, you can find a majestic, century-old Lebanese cedar, a historical symbol of the house.

The room is equipped with: double bed with latex mattress, spacious wardrobe, coffee table, large window overlooking the park and TV. It is possible to add a third bed (a very comfortable cot with a mattress equal to a normal bed). If necessary, I will be available to prepare a good and healthy breakfast. For long stays (minimum one month), breakfast is not included in the price.
