Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem kleinen Apartment! Gastgeber Rocco war freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets erreichbar. Auf Anfrage war auch ein Late Check Out möglich. Das Apartment hat die optimale Größe für ein Pärchen. Sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Vielen Dank, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Die perfekte Unterkunft um Parma zu entdecken. Sie liegt perfekt um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und gleichzeitig schön ruhig. Ein süßes Café direkt vor der Haustür - ein paar Häuser weiter eine tolle Trattoria. Dazu super schön eingerichtet - in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht um sich auch daheim (ja, daheim 😁) etwas zu zaubern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt - für uns gibt es ab sofort in Parma nur noch eine Unterkunft. :)

Mi sono trovata da Dio il appartamento era pulito e silenzioso Appena esi trovi dei bar per colazione e aperitivo ristorante tutto a portata di mano . Ottimo spazioso e molto pulito e in più il Host molto gentile e disponibile.

L'appartamento è veramente molto carino con una bella vista su una chiesa storica di Parma. La posizione dell'appartamento è strategica perché ti permette di raggiungere il centro ed ottimi ristoranti a piedi.

This is an outstanding Airbnb in the most beautiful part of old Parma. Fausto was a wonderful host, responding immediately to questions, taking action in person to fix a minor issue, and offering support and advice throughout our visit. It was such a pleasure to meet him and stay in his great apartment. The apartment is well-supplied with consumables and has excellent appliances. It is on a quiet street, but very close to the magnificent cathedral, with great cafes and restaurants within a few steps. We had a perfect week in Parma, and you should too.

Location immersa nel verde, un posto curato ed accogliente dove si può davvero "staccare". La piscina é fantastica, ahinoi il meteo non é stato molto clemente, ma gli spazi in casa sono ben organizzati e ci siamo godute lo stesso la situazione. La sera c'è stato un freddo fuori stagione, ma Alessandra e Stefano ci hanno lasciato stufetta ed extra coperte quindi disagio superato! Il centro ed i servizi sono a pochi minuti di auto, si é vicini a ristoranti, negozi, centro commerciale etc... Il momento della colazione è stato una gioia e la foto ricordo con Matilde (l'asinella) la ciliegina sulla torta... torneremo alla prima occasione!

Had such a great stay here. Such a lovely, friendly family who couldn't do more for you. I was remote working which it was well suited for with fast WiFi and a designated working space, I'll definitely be returning

Unser Familienurlaub (4 Personen) an diesem Ort war ein absoluter Traum und in Wirklichkeit noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. Das gesamte Anwesen ist makellos sauber und strahlt eine wunderbare, friedliche Atmosphäre aus. Für unsere Kinder und uns war der Pool vor der atemberaubenden Bergkulisse das tägliche Highlight – ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und gleichzeitig aktiv zu sein. Wir haben die Gegend auf mehreren wunderschönen Wandertouren erkundet. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber: Chris und Joanna sind unglaublich warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Luca è un host molto attento e discreto. Ci ha accolto personalmente e ci ha fornito indicazioni utili. La sua abitazione è confortevole e dotata di ogni comodità. Io insieme alla mia famiglia composta da mia moglie e le nostre due bambine abbiamo trascorso nella sua dimora le vacanze invernali, dal 31 dicembre 2024 al 2 gennaio 2025: l’ambiente risultava riscaldato in modo ottimale e come nota assolutamente positiva, darei un voto molto alto ai materassi estremamente comodi. Il borgo è un piccolo paradiso di tranquillità abitato da persone amichevoli ed educate. Assolutamente consigliato

Wer eine authentische Unterkunft in einem typischen italienischen Dorf sucht, ist hier richtig. Keine Touristen, kein rummeliges Küstendorf. Dafür eine Kirche und eine handvoll Häuser, vom Haus kann man kleine Wanderungen starten oder einfach den Ausblick auf die Berge und das schöne Haus genießen. Wer möchte, kann auch nette Dörfer im näheren Umfeld besuchen, Pisa oder andere Städte erobern oder aber mit dem Auto dem Meer einen Besuch abstatten. Wer eigentlich wegen dem Meer oder der Küste in die Toskana kommt, sollte Fahrzeiten von 45 Minuten einplanen.

Casa immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, l'host Daniela molto gentile e sempre disponibile ma non invadente. C'è tutto quello che può servire. L'ideale per staccare la spina e rilassarsi qualche giorno tra la natura. Sicuramente torneremo.

Cosy apartment in the heart of Parma, but in a quiet place. The apartment was very clean with easy self check in. Paolo is an extremly nice and helpful host, quick communication, clear instructions, checking if everything was fine with us. I really can recommend the place.

We were very happy with this place. All as described, and a perfect place for a few days of being base camp while traveling around Parma. Kitchen has the things you need for some easy dinner, and the seperate room with jacuzzi and sauna was exactly what we needed. Very helpful hosts, thank you and greetings from us:)

I've in Parma many times and I loved Nicolle's place. Hope to find it again next time. Is amazing how quiet is inside the apartment despite all the vibration and all-day life of the surroundings.... it was a NICE stay!!!

I stayed here while going to the Parma tennis open. It was in walking distance to the tennis and was a nice, private apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy and I felt right at home. Yenny was an amazing host and very helpful with local recommendations and troubleshooting. I would highly recommend to all who are looking for a quiet, residential space to stay in Parma.
