Al terzo piano di una casa storica, la mansarda si sviluppa su 2 piani. Al piano principale zona giorno e bagno con doccia, mentre soppalcata, la zona notte. E' facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici ( treno, fermata autobus e battello raggiungibili comodamente a piedi ). Negozi e servizi, supermercati, ristoranti e bar a pochi metri. Comodo anche per chi necessita di un alloggio nei pressi del presidio ospedaliero cittadino.

quando entrerete dal portone troverete una corte interna molto tranquilla.al piano superiore si trova 1 appartamento con cucina ,1 letto matrimoniale,1 divano letto 2 posti,1 letto singolo e un bagno .sullo stesso piano ci sono 2 camere con ognuna un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato.ho unito nello stesso annuncio le 2 camere e l appartamento in modo da poter essere tutti insieme ma con ognuno la sua camera e bagno privato.addatto ad amici o famiglie che vogliono stare assieme .
