Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Novara

Excellent address to recommend, spacious accommodation with beautiful shaded terrace, very good bedding, impeccable bathroom, cool room despite the 40 degrees (very appreciated). Located 10 minutes from the beach and the pier for Orta. And most importantly, a very hearty, sweet, savory breakfast with fresh produce. Allessandra takes the trouble of making different cakes every day. Finally, what is most noticeable to us is Allessandra's welcome: very warm, very friendly, multiplying the attention to hosts, valuable tips for restaurants. Allessandra is more than available to make your stay perfect. Our stay at Allessandra's was perfect. We highly recommend this address.

Frederico's apartment is very cozy and close to the lake. The place Belgirate is perfect for people who like it quiet and relaxed. From here, beaches can be reached by car and you can go hiking or cycling. The famous town of Stresa with the Borromean Islands is 10 minutes away by car, you can take the ferry to the islands directly from Belgirate. We had a great and relaxing time, thank you so much! :)

This place is beautiful. Large and peaceful private plot with lake view. The road to get there and steep, it takes a high car but there is the possibility of leaving it downstairs. The private beach is spacious and beautiful. The place is close to Omegna, Orta, waterfalls. Great stay.

Unfortunately my stay was only one day, but it was pleasant, I had the pleasure of meeting Giovanna and Salvatore, polite, very kind, respectable people. It felt like we'd known each other for a long time, and that's exactly how we should all be, as one big, united Airbnb family. The apartment, small, but very attractive, equipped with everything you need. Very clean, modern, intimate. It makes you feel at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend it! We had a lovely stay in Belgirate - the house is charming and very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathrooms are clean, the library space is great, and it was really pleasant to sit on the roof terrace in the evening. The town is very beautiful and peaceful and has a nice swimming spot. It was quite warm in the house in August since there is no AC but we slept fine with the fan (there is only one!)

Maria is a great host! She is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The place is really close to the lake so it is optimal for a quick swim in the morning or in the afternoon. It is very spacious and it is great for longer stays as well!

Very courteous but unobtrusive host, warm welcome with fresh fruit and Prosecco, well-kept place with good amenities and well-kept outdoor area. Unfortunately, we didn't get to know Sophie. Overall, highly recommended.

We stayed one night at Davide's apartment The accommodation is very clean and to the taste of the day located in the historic city center of the city. The location allowed us to visit Arona and its surroundings without any problem, free parking on the surrounding streets was easy. Self check-in is very simple and Davide is very available for every question.

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

We stayed 2 nights with our 9 month old baby. Augusta and partner welcomed us and were flexible when we were delayed. Cot and highchair kindly provided. The space was rustic, perfectly in keeping with the beautiful building and quaint hamlet. The flat is in the grounds of where the host lives but felt private. Great views and good location to explore Lake Orta or Maggiore but away from the hustle. Perfect basic amenities needed to cook meals. Narrow road up to the house but we managed fine in estate rental car. Thanks for a great stay - if we do ever make it back we’d happily stay again.

The place is great, met all of our expectations and needs - it was just as described and then some.

The apartment is small and nice and has everything you need. Stylish and carefully furnished with beautiful furniture that also conveniently fulfills everything you need. The kitchen is excellently equipped, not only with pans and cutlery etc. but also with oil, vinegar, salt, detergent, sponge etc. You can really cook without having to buy a household appliance first. The bathroom is also beautiful and fully equipped, with shower towels and towels, hair dryer. The apartment was also in a sparkling clean condition, not only surfaces but also the dishes. Juliane was very friendly and responsive to inquiries. I highly recommend it.

The appartement was clean and conveniently located for a wedding in St Carlos which is just a 5 minutes drive away. On site parking is convenient. The little terasse is enjoyable. Edvige was really responsive and even though we didn't get to meet, she gave us a few local recommendations.

Absolutey perfect . Barbara was amazing , quick to respond and very helpful and kind upon checkin . The apartment is by far the best apartment we have stayed . Its spotlessly clean, comfortable, stylish, interesting and a very high attention to detail with decoration and usable kitchen & bathroom items . There was a beautiful sense and calm and serenity in the apartment. The beds were comfortable with high quality linen and pillows. There was heating and cooling in everyroom space & the standout of our experience was the incredible view of the lake whichwas better in person than in the photo . What a lovely gem! In a classical, stunning Italian building but apartment is newly renovated. Lovely views to the piazza, just 3-5min walking to the lake, restaurants, The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, cozy bed and all amenities for cooking etc. Highly recommended!!!

Casa Dolce Vita was the perfect 4-day break for my son and I. Fantastic accommodation, provided everything that we needed with very beautiful view over the lake from the lounge and balcony. Each morning started with watching the sun rise over the lake with freshly made espresso. A very peaceful neighbourhood, especially at the end of season, which is exactly what we were looking for. A handful of very cool bars and restaurants in close proximity (a short and hilly 5-10-minute walk into Belgirate or 15-minute walk to Lesa, or Belgirate Train Station). Alberto was the perfect host. He greeted us with a smile upon our arrival and provided us with both practical information and local recommendations. The house was spotlessly clean and provided all the essentials, including a well equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend Casa Dolce Vita and I am already looking forward to coming back in the future. Grazie mille Alberto!

Benedetta's home is an oasis on Lake Maggiore, we stayed for a long weekend with her son and dog. There was everything you need and a beautiful garden overlooking the lake. Blessed always available and present Thanks again
