My family and I decided at the last minute to take a trip to Lake Maggiore and stay there for the night. As soon as we identified the destination and then the house, despite the very short notice of the booking request, we found the apartment as described. Mr. Mariano contacted us in no time. Once we arrived, we were greeted by his wife, very kind! He showed us around the house and explained a few things and then, when we said goodbye, he also gave us some tips on where to find places to dine. She was really courteous. At the time of the evening exit, there was a very small problem with the opening of the common gate and Mr. Mariano, together with his very kind wife, instantly solved the small inconvenience. The kindness and courtesy they showed us, also leaving us some sweets and pleasant thoughts, is not always found unfortunately. Thanks again!!! Highly recommended

Everything matches the photos and description: new accommodation, very clean, furnished with care and equipped with everything you need. It felt like we were at home! Alessandro's place is very nicely decorated, clean and well arranged. The residence, located in the heart of a vast and beautiful park, is very pleasant and quiet. The apartment is located not far from the city center of Stresa, a pretty little town from where you can go to visit the beautiful Borromean Islands. Communication with Alessandro is easy, it transmits accurate information and can be reached at any time. Everything is organized to make the stay enjoyable. We thank him for his friendly welcome. We highly recommend this beautiful place by Lake Maggiore.

The apartment on the second floor in a modernized old house is beautiful. The view over the romantic piazza, island, lake and mountains is a pleasure day and night. We discovered delicious food and small shops. We hiked around the whole island right by the lake. On the "sacred mountain" we admired chapels with frescoes and figures that were built from 1600-1800. You can reach the apartment after a short walk through the narrow, picturesque streets of the village. It was quiet and relaxing.

Absolutey perfect . Barbara was amazing , quick to respond and very helpful and kind upon checkin . The apartment is by far the best apartment we have stayed . Its spotlessly clean, comfortable, stylish, interesting and a very high attention to detail with decoration and usable kitchen & bathroom items . There was a beautiful sense and calm and serenity in the apartment. The beds were comfortable with high quality linen and pillows. There was heating and cooling in everyroom space & the standout of our experience was the incredible view of the lake whichwas better in person than in the photo . We loved this place. The way Franco has decorated it is so detailed in art and speaks of his family. The books are old and amazing and the manner he displayed them: some on their side, some standing up. The shampoos from his travels are a marvelous art display. The old photos of the home…The small liquors are cute. In the bedroom, the hats in one corner and the old luggage in the other…This is the most interesting Airbnb I have ever been in. And that’s completely beside the unbelievably beautiful view from all windows. It’s right on the lake. This place is amazing.

Hidden gem! Fantastic spacious appartment situated at the beautiful boulevard of Angera. Appartment was clean, comfortable, modern and well maintained. Martin was a great host and super responsive. Would recommend!

Very courteous but unobtrusive host, warm welcome with fresh fruit and Prosecco, well-kept place with good amenities and well-kept outdoor area. Unfortunately, we didn't get to know Sophie. Overall, highly recommended.

Mirella was always helpful and attentive, the house is beautiful and was as described in the requirements. The place is lovely and the lake view leaves you breathless. A paradise, in a great location, surrounded by every type of comfort. I recommend it

This is a sweet cottage on a large lot with private access to the lake. It has kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and bikes. It was great to sit on the lake’s edge and just chill. Small but functional kitchen and great coffee! There is a pellet fireplace that we used one cool evening which is very nice. Bruno and Fabiola couldn’t be nicer. Bruno met us on arrival, introduced us to the place, and was always available for questions. Lago Orta is a beautiful lake and a great location that is off the usual tourist circuit. We enjoyed our time there very much.
