Family-friendly vacation rentals in Province of Novara

We travel a lot internationally. This place was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. Monika and her staff work extremely hard to make it that way. Lake Orta was very intimate and fun to swim in.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Maria Antonietta. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und sogar der Kühlschrank war gefüllt. Die Wohnung ist schön und bietet viel Platz, das Bett war auch bequem. Der Innenhof ist toll, man hat direkten Zugang von allen Zimmern - und unsere Tochter hat sich sehr über die Rutsche gefreut :).

Wir waren für einen Team Retreat in dieser Unterkunft. Traumhaft grosse Zimmer mit riesen Badezimmern. Wir haben immmer in der Unterkunft gekocht, war alles verhanden, was wir brauchten. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr gemütlich und gepflegt mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Einzig das WLAN war bei 12 Personen etwas überlastet, hier empfiehlt sich ein Datenpaket zu kaufen und über einen Hotspot zu arbeiten.

Wir waren mit 4 Männer dort für 4 Tage. Die Lage war für unsere Ansprüche super. Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar, genauso wie ein paar Restaurants. Die Wohnung war sauber. Hat einen schönen großen Balkon. Mit dem Mietwagen konnten wir die Umgebung von dort aus super erkunden. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

Smještaj je bio jako ugodan, čist i predivno rustikalno uređen. Kuća se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji s divnim pogledom na jezero, a upute koje smo dobili su nam omogućile da dođemo do nje bez problema. Također, u smještaju su nas dočekala svježa jaja, sok, slatkiši, pjenušac i drugi pokloni, što je vrlo lijepo i pohvalno. Svaka preporuka za ovaj smještaj ako želite miran i ugodan odmor, mi smo se osjećali kao kod kuće.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt trotz schlechtem Wetter sehr genossen. Gerade mit Kindern die gerne draussen sind ist die Liegenschaft sehr geeignet. Besten dank Andrea.

We had a truly wonderful stay in Ranco! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was greatly appreciated by those of us culinarily gifted. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning, and waking up to that every morning was a dream. Sebastiano was a fantastic host. Always welcoming, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that made our trip even more special. Ranco is a peaceful gem on Lake Maggiore, and this place is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. We would love to come back someday. Thank you, Sebastiano!

casa più che accogliente: eravamo in 6 adulti piu 1 bambino e 1 neonato ma sarebbe ottima anche per 8+2 bambini; casa ampia, spaziosa e luminosa con gusrdino annesso e privato; le proprietarie ci hanno accolto con cordialità e amicizia; top come località per chi ama le passeggiate montane.

El alojamiento no puede estar mejor situado. Teníamos miedo que al estar en la calle principal, los ruidos fueran insoportables, pero todo lo contrario. Súper bien insonorizado y la calle no se sentía. Otra cosa a destacar fue la amabilidad, atención y disponibilidad de Silvio, el propietario. Desde el primer momento estuvo atento y resolutivo. Encantados de estas vacaciones. Mil gracias!

Stefano is an excellent host, and the apartment has one of the best views we’ve ever seen. It is at the very edge of Lake Orta with an incredible view of the island in the middle of the lake. Stefano gave us great local recommendations, and we loved scaling the Sacra Monte and seeing the beautiful chapels there. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer in Orta San Giulio. We hope to come back again very soon!

L'appartement est très agréable. Situé au 4 étage avec ascenseur, il est lumineux et aéré. Si on le souhaite, il est possible de garer la voiture en sécurité au sous-sol. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé, rien ne manque. Il est situé en plein centre de Varèse ce qui pratique pour aller à pied au restaurant, faire ses courses ou prendre le train pour Milan. Il y a de la circulation en journée mais ce n'est pas dérangeant et les nuits ont été tranquilles. La communication avec Francesca a été excellente, les informations sont complètes et claires. De plus, elle nous a donné énormément d'informations touristiques qui nous ont été utiles. Francesca est très accueillante et disponible pour toutes questions. Cette appartement est l'endroit parfait pour visiter le Lac de Côme, le lac Majeur ou encore aller la journée à Milan, nous y avons passé une excellente semaine.

Wir durften abermals eine wunderbare, romanhafte Woche in der Villa Bianci verbringen. Es war einmal mehr ein Heimkommen in eine wunderbare malerische Atmosphäre. Zu einer toll gepflegten, ausgedehnten Parkanlage mit prächtiger weiter Seesicht. Angela hatte uns wiederum zum erweiterten einleben in die Melodie des Hauses mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten überrascht. Danke Angela. Wir freuen uns bereits auf das nächste Wiedersehen. Bis bald!

We enjoyed our week in Casa Mariaclara very much, lovely peaceful house, beautiful garden which our dog adored roaming in. Maureen was a super friendly host, we felt very welcome and communication was easy and friendly. The short walk to the local beach on Lake Orta is especially nice in the evening with the beautiful light over the lake. Pettenasco and nearby Orta San Gulio very pretty. The only fly in the ointment for us were the mosquitos, but suppose that is the same everywhere on the italian lakes... Make sure you have a good repellent when visiting. We will return, but maybe earlier in the year.

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour chez Judith. L’appartement était fidèle aux photos, très propre et orné de magnifiques œuvres d’art. Judith a été une hôte exceptionnelle, très réactive et force de proposition concernant les restaurants et pâtisseries à proximité. Elle a également réservé le restaurant pour nous. Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse, d’autant plus que de ce coté du lac nous profitons du soleil couchant 🤩

Posto molto bello anche in autunno. Il panorama è meraviglioso e nel bosco si possono fare belle passeggiate sui sentieri vicini. La casa rispecchia la descrizione, oltre a essere pulita e ben attrezzata. Cesare è stato un host cortese e ospitale. L'ultimo tratto di strada è uno sterrato, ma fattibile. Un posto meraviglioso per rilassarsi nella natura.

Die Unterkunft war genau nach unserem Geschmack! Historisch interessant und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einem schönen Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore, dazu auch angenehm sauber. Unser Hund war willkommen und durfte, solange es keine weiteren Gäste störte, mit Begleitung in den ummauerten Garten/Hinterhof. Wir haben unsere Ausflüge mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß genossen. Es liegt in der Natur des Sees, dass man sich gut orientieren und immer etwas Sehenswertes oder ein Restaurant oder Café findet. Wenn man selber kochen will, stöbert man in der Kochbuchsammlung in der Küche. Anna hat uns alles gut erklärt und hatte auch Tipps für unsere Unternehmungen. In der Wohnung waren ein paar Leckereien für uns bereit gestellt, darunter selbst gemachte Marmeladen. Im Treppenhaus gibt es jede Menge Infomaterial über die Gegend und ein Regal für den Büchertausch... Da war auch zufällig was Interessantes auf Deutsch dabei. Wir fanden es topp!

Consigliatissimo, posto pulito, silenzioso e dog friendly!

Realmente hermoso el espacio con su piscina y el Quincho. Me sentí como en mi casa. Disfrutamos mucho del espacio y la casa. Éramos cuatro. Roberta y su marido siempre estuvieron atentos a toda necesidad. Lo recomiendo 100%

Esperienza piacevolissima sul lago maggiore. La casa di Alberto ci ha fatto sentire a casa, tanto che abbiamo preferito fare aperitivi in terrazza vista lago piuttosto che fuori. arredamento carinissimo, molto allegro, fornita di tutto l'occorrente anche per cucinare. terrazza meravigliosa con super vista! posizione tranquilla perfetta per riposarsi ma con il paese raggiungibile a piedi. molto comodo il parcheggio.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Domus Cusiana ! Le logement est frais l’été et la chambre est vaste. La terrasse est grande, nous avons pu y passer de bons moments avec une vue magnifique. La piscine est très appréciable, accessible et disponible à toute heure. De plus, les autres résidents sont très accueillants, généreux et ont eu à coeur de créer des moments de belle convivialité ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir ! PS: Il faut penser à apporter tout le nécessaire avec soi pour l’appartement (huile, sel, éponges, papier toilette, sacs, etc)

Merci Andréa et la mama di Andréa! Des personnes aimables et cordiales comme on en rencontre rarement. Plus qu’un airbnb!!! tout était parfait du début à la fin! Nous avions les instructions tres claires d’Andrea pour arriver de maniere autonome et nous avons eu la chance d’etre accueillis et orientés par la mama… Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l’aise, l’environnement est paisible, l’appartement etait parfaitement propre et tres bien équipé! Avec des « petites attentions » qui démontrent la gentillesse et le professionalisme d’Andréa. Petit dejeuner, petits biscuits, guide et cartes à disposition pour visiter la région… et pour finir LA PISCINE!!! Toute la famille a adoré! C’est un endroit paisible ou nous avons pu profiter de beaux moments en famille! Merci Andréa! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et surtout nous reviendrons! 😊 GRAZIE MILE

Skvělé ubytovaní, rychlá komunikace s hostitelem vše proběhlo hladce. Ubytování splnilo naše očekávání.

Luciana was a very friendly host, easy to contact en very quick to respond. She made us feel at home and we will definitely rent her apartment again if we are back in the neighbourhood.

We traveled with five grown-ups and a 1,5 yo toddler. Owners of the place, Fiona and Giordano were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Prior arriving Giordano called personally and made sure we found the place alright. We had the entire attic floor at our disposal with a spectacular view to the lake. The owners made sure we had our privacy but were also available if we needed anything. We had so much fun during the stay, can recommend!
