We had a great 3 weeks at Marco's house. The house is very nice, a small garden with dining table allows you to eat outside in the shade when it is not too hot. Parking is available nearby. Marco is very friendly and very responsive if needed or to answer questions. The neighborhood is quiet. If you like cats, you will be won over by a white cat who enjoys coming into the garden to ask for caresses… the large beaches are 10-15 minutes away by car.

We were welcomed by Rossella's parents, very friendly and helpful. The cottage with ground floor and loft sleeping area is equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable with 2 outdoor areas: the patio where you can eat and relax after a day at the beach and a small garden with lawn and barbecue. The parking lot in front of the entrance gate is very convenient. The area is ideal for visiting all the beautiful beaches of Villasimius and its surroundings. The village with supermarkets is a 5-minute drive away. Rossella was very helpful in solving a small problem with the wifi. Thanks to Rossella and her nice parents, if we return to the area we will definitely book here again!

This place is truly wonderful, with beautiful blue design and southern details that brings all the pleasant warm feelings regarding holidays and coresponds so well with the Mediterranean sea. We've spent truly magical time in the apartment with beautiful tarasse, endlessly showing an incredible view of the sea. The comunication with host was full of care, went smooth factual and every detail was communicated perfectly on time. We could fully recommend this place for either short or longer stay. we had a perfect vacation, exactly as planned and as we expected. Extremely quiet area, we visited all the beaches of the coast, all accessible in 10 minutes by car. Otherwise you can also walk to the nearest ones, in 5 minutes. there are groceries nearby (about 5 minutes by car) that make it easy to organize the days. Luigi, whom I thank, has extreme care for well-being, in addition to being a pleasant person. We felt at home. We had all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

Small, cozy apartment with comfortable outdoor area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. On the first floor it is relatively narrow, a table has only just enough space, also only a small sofa. But that's why we were almost always outside in the seating area. This is equipped with a large table and lounge and is partly covered. The bikes are comfortable for riding to the beach. Roberta is an accommodating hostess, she always took care of our concerns very quickly. Thank you very much.

My family and I enjoyed the stay at Casa Regina a lot! Central location, privacy, a little veranda with a BBQ, perfectly clean, top equipped and a lot of space; everything was just perfect. To top it, even Sardinian sweets and sparkling wine was provided at check in. Thanks to Lucia for her support and kindness. No doubt, would stay again anytime!

The accommodation is very quiet and very well located. It is spacious and functional, nothing missing. We quickly got our bearings. Beaches and places to visit are easy to access. From the accommodation, you can even see the sea, it's great! In conclusion, if you want to enjoy and especially discover the South-West of Sardinia in peace, I think that the MASAINAS area and especially Marco's accommodation will be an excellent choice and will meet all your expectations. Very large accommodation, high ceilings which is very nice! On the first floor the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom are spacious and served by a long corridor. Special mention for the second floor with the dining room, living room and huge and so nice terrace. We were there at the end of October and we were able to make the most of it!

Cute little house very clean and equipped with a spacious kitchen, a room equipped with drawers and closets (the bed sheets are excluded, possibly they are provided by Sabina with a small fee), a slightly small bathroom but equipped with all the necessary bathroom fixtures and a very useful and very nice outdoor space to spread out, rinse and consume meals. It is located in a very convenient location to reach the supermarkets of the village, but slightly far from the center (it takes 5 minutes by car, otherwise 20 minutes on foot). Sabina was a host with bows, super helpful and willing to make us have a dream vacation! To mention the thought you gave us at the beginning of the holiday, very welcome!
