Apartment vacation rentals in Province of Medio Campidano

My wife and I had a great stay at Florencia’s apartment. Incredibly spacious and nice with a really central location in a nice and quiet square makes it a great starting point for exploring Cagliari (and see the flamingos). Train a bus station just a short walk away—the same with shopping streets. The large beach is just a short bus ride away, but is also within walking distance of you don’t mind using your legs a bit. The old town is a really nice place to live, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. Great breakfast or dinner is not far away. Florencia’s amazing guide the nearby neighborhoods is an excellent resource. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice-looking and centrally placed apartment in Cagliari.

Wir hatten eine großartige, entspannte Zeit in Cinzia‘s wundervoll hergerichteter Unterkunft. Sowohl die Bilder als auch die Beschreibung lassen einige großartige Details aus bzw. werden der Unterkunft nicht gerecht. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, mit Liebe eingerichtet (eine schöne Mischung aus alt und modern), ist technisch auf dem neuesten Stand (sehr performantes WLAN, aktuelle TVs, die problemlos zum Streamen angesteuert werden können, Bluetooth-Boxen, moderne Klimaanlage, alle nötigen Küchengeräte und -Maschinen). An allen Fenstern befinden sich sowohl Fliegengitter als auch sehr dicht einstellbare Fensterläden. Highlight ist die oft erwähnte und gezeigte Dachterrasse, von der aus man stundenlang auf das Meer und die Nachbarinsel schauen kann. Die Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Ort und könnte auch dauerhaft bewohnt sein - wir würden einziehen. Der Kontakt mit Cinzia war zu jeder Zeit aktiv möglich und sie war uns eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, wir kommen gerne wieder.

10 giorni indimenticabili, molto ben posizionato in mezzo alla natura e allo stesso tempo vicino al villaggio. Molto ben accolto da un padrone di casa cordiale e molto umano. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Looks exactly like the photos. Comfy bed and hot shower. Great location for exploring the town. Paolo was an attentive host who was happy to accommodate a late check out.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Appartement von Fabio. Direkt am Meer gelegen mit einer kleinen Terrasse, von wo aus man das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang schön beobachten kann. Im Appartement ist alles für eine Selbstversorgung vorhanden. Auch das Parken ist dank einem Parkplatz unkompliziert. Ein kleiner Strand, sauber mit kristallklarem Wasser, ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch das kleine Städtchen Portoscuso ist sehr nett. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Thank you so much for the perfect place Irene & Giuseppe! It was just awesome, we felt right at home and every detail is exactly as described and in the pictures, even better. You have all you need, super kitchen, super bathroom, balcony, quite room, great bedroom, AC, parking, fridge, coffeemachine which is great, everything super nice! :-) The hosts are so friendly and super nice and we would come back exactly here, because it‘s close to Cagliari (nice city with good coffees and restaurants), close to Costa Rei, close to Costa Sul and you can do everything surrounded by car easily. There is also a super nice beach close to the apartment, if you want a quick dive into nice blue water. Just a perfect place to be and we enjoyed it so much! More than 5 stars :-)

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl und gut betreut gefühlt. Die Empfehlungen von Andrea waren allesamt toll und wir haben wunderbar gegessen. Der Strand ist keine Minute entfernt und wahnsinnig schön. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir können nur empfehlen, morgens einen Kaffee auf der Terrasse zu trinken und den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Lovely apartment with a great view, located a few steps away from anything you might need. Mauro is a great host, extremely responsive and also proactive. Only downside is that the lift doesn’t work so not ideal if you have a lot to carry up - other than that, a great stay in Cagliari. We would go back :)

Christian is a fantastic host, I have stayed at this place in the past and I love the location and connivence. I try to always stay in Cristians places as I love the estics and prefer to stay on ground floor places, and all of his places are on the ground floor. Keep doing what you are doing, you are an incredible host and friend.

Sehr süße Hunde..! Wenn man sich aufs Inland Sardiniens einlässt, super. Supermarkt nah und Bar auch! Sehr nett! Es wurde sich gekümmert, ob alles stimmt! Super vielen Dank !

Federica est une hôte exceptionnelle, très réactive, gentille et faisant tout pour nous aider. L’appartement est bien situé, supermarché et plage à proximité. Lignes de bus très proches avec beaucoup de possibilités pour rejoindre d’autres plages.

great spot, wish we could have stayed longer. walking distance to everything you need. great instructions from hosts, including good tips for parking. the apartment is huge and has everything you need. very comfortably fit all 6 of our group.

Jeśli chcesz poczuć klimat Sardyni to ,to mieszkanie idealnie go oddaje. Emanuela zadbała o każdy szczegół i przygotowała mieszkanie w stylu w jakim mieszkała jej babcia przed laty. Jest po kapitalnym remoncie także nie ma się do czego doczepić. Mieszkanie jest przytulne, ma duszę. Jest w nim niestety trochę ciemno ale ma to tez swój urok ze względy na położenie na jednej z piękniejszych ulic Cagliari. Jeśli chodzi o kontakt z gospodarzem to jest on praktycznie cały czas. Emanuela dbała o nas, pisząc do nas codziennie czy wszystko ok i czy nie potrzebujemy pomocy. Wysyłała nam wskazówki odnośnie restauracji a także miejsc do odwiedzenia. Gorąco polecam mieszkanie na 5+.

Mein Aufenthalt in Michele’s Wohnung hat mir sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und es war alles da, was man braucht. Das Auto konnte man sehr gut davor parken. Michele ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich fand es unglaublich schön, am Abend auf dem großen Balkon zu sitzen und zu beobachten, wie die Sonne im Meer versinkt. Auf dem Balkon steht sogar ein Sofa, auf dem man super entspannen kann. Die Umgebung bietet sehr gute Wandermöglichkeiten und schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto auch schnell erreichbar. Ich würde sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und liebevoll vorbereitet – sogar für unseren Hund standen direkt Näpfe bereit. Für unser Baby wurden separate Handtücher sowie ein Babybett bereitgestellt, was uns den Aufenthalt deutlich erleichtert hat. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir auch, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche nach ein paar Tagen frisch ausgetauscht wurden. Die Gastgeber waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist schön ruhig – perfekt zum Entspannen. Allerdings ist ein Auto auf jeden Fall notwendig, um mobil zu sein. Praktisch: Direkt an der Unterkunft gibt es einen eigenen Parkplatz. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist das WLAN, das etwas schwach war – ansonsten war wirklich alles top. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden von einer sehr freundlichen Dame empfangen, die uns zu unserer Unterkunft geführt hat. Alles war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Zusätzlich war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber zwischendurch über Whats-App sehr unkompliziert und komfortabel. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!! Wichtig ist nur zu wissen, dass das aufheizen des Whirlpool wirklich lange dauert. Also genug Zeit einplanen;-)

Vi var sju tjejer som checkade in hos Sheila. Vi blev varmt välkomnande av hon och hennes man. Det fanns allt man behövde. Boendet ligger väldigt centralt till centrum och nära till buss- och tågstation. Boendet hade bra sängar och förvaringsmöjligheter. Vi kommer absolut att boka detta boende om vi åker till Cagliari igen!😍

Sehr schöne und hochwertig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Alles war top sauber. Die Kommunikation war klasse. Auch die gesamte Umgebung ist entspannt, schön. Es gibt viel zu unternehmen. Kann man ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen!

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Die Wohnung bietet eine wahnsinnig schöne Aussicht ins Tal – allein dafür lohnt sich der Aufenthalt schon! Innen ist alles sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, mit liebevollen Details, die sofort ein heimeliges Gefühl vermitteln. Man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Bett war leider ziemlich unbequem. Für einen erholsamen Schlaf wäre hier definitiv Verbesserungspotenzial – dafür müsste man eigentlich einen Stern abziehen aber der Rest war wirklich perfekt! 🥰

Giulio è stato sempre presente dura te tutto il soggiorno per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Stanza bellissima e pulita, zona ottima e centrale, perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.
