The apartment was perfect. Lots of good resturants and cafes next to the apartment. Close to Cagliari centre, marina, bus stops and train station, but really quiet at the same time. Apartment was very clean and larger than we expected. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Really good communication with the host, with lots of local recommendations. Definitely recommend for your stay in Cagliari! :)

This place is amazing! It’s a hidden gem and offers all the comforts of home. The outdoor and indoor seating areas are charming, and the bedrooms are well furnished and comfortable. The pool was nice to come back to after a long day, and our host was very sweet and accommodating

We had a wonderful stay, and Elena and Gerald could not have been more helpful and generous with their many recommendations and great advice about the city. The flat is lovely and bright, centrally located and extremely quiet at night, while really being in the centre. The facilities were amazing, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom extremely well appointed. Altogether we could not have been happier with this selection.

Accommodation small for us great location. It was in a quiet location. Shops were within walking distance as well as the beach. Parking in the garage or on the street very easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, with everything we needed. The owner explained everything to us and gave us many types for trips and restaurants. The city center is also very easily accessible by public transport. Bus stop on foot 7 min. I like the waste separation. We felt safe and comfortable.

Alberto is an accurate and extremely helpful host, the stay at his home was perfect: the house is comfortable in the spaces, priceless for the location and surprising for the view. For those looking for a place to discover Cagliari with family or friends, Alberto's house is an ideal solution.

You are well and at peace in Sabina and Andrea's home. Impeccable room, simple but tastefully furnished and equipped with the main comforts. You can put the car in a sheltered courtyard. Upon arrival I was greeted by Sabina, who was very kind. Highly recommended for those who want to visit the beautiful surroundings in total serenity.

Great stay with family with 2 children, in an apartment combining the old, historic building, with beautiful ceiling heights and modern. It is ideally located and allows you to do a lot of walking tours, close to shops, restaurants, museums, must-see sites that the city offers and is a 5-minute walk from the train station. Only negative point, our trip was too short, we will be forced to come back 😉

The town, although a bit disastrous from an urban point of view, is in a beautiful location. The apartment is spacious and complete with everything you need. The view of the sea is very beautiful. A terrace is available on the kitchen floor where you can safely dine and enjoy the sunset. Claudio and Francesca were not present but a relative welcomed us at check-in and check-out giving us all the information we needed for the stay.

Sara is amazing host, very helpful, quick response, friendly. Amazing apartment, clean and beautiful. Walk to the beach around 20 min, or you can take a bus for 2 stops. Supermarkets are close by. A bit noisy road near, but didn’t bother when window is closed 😊

Super clean apartment, lovingly and functionally furnished/equipped. Very quiet apartment (neighborhood). Nice big terrace, great kitchen-living room. Private parking is very advantageous. Great area, everything partly within walking distance. Rental car makes sense! Cristina is very nice and helpful and immediately accessible. My husband and I stayed for a week at Giovanni's house, a cozy home equipped with everything you could possibly need. The plus was meeting the Host, a kind person who also helped us with great tips for places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Thanks to the excellent location we visited all of southern Sardinia, from Sant Antioco to Villasimius. The apartment is located in a very nice complex of villas, we were there at Easter and we were able to fully appreciate the peace of this place, a 4-minute walk away you can find a supermarket, shops, bars, tobacconists, pizzeria. The beach is a 5-minute walk, there is also a lovely bar for a nice beer by the sea. The apartment is equipped with air conditioners, a very nice terrace, two smart TVs, a washing machine and everything you might need. We felt at home thanks for enriching our trip. The place was clean, which is very good . Espresso machine with coffee was also very commendable . I missed a mirror upstairs in the dressing area would really make sense . Unfortunately, you can't drive in by car, inconvenient with a little more luggage ,as the apartment is located in the traffic calmed area (ZTL). The apartment is spaciously nicely furnished, bathroom top hair dryer available , thank you👍. The location itself offers restaurant , bars and in 5 minutes you are in the center. All in a top location for a city trip through beautiful Cagliari . Parking is possible on the main street. Blue to pay White parking for free. Thank you for the lovely stay .

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Beautiful apartment for a wonderfully relaxing stay in Sardinia. The pictures say it all... Taty and Luca are easily accessible. Great starting point for many excursions, the proximity to Cagliari is a wonderful change from beach life in the area. Very relaxing stay ;-))

Although we stayed for a few days we had a great time, clean and tidy house, beautiful outdoor area and wonderful whirlpool. The area was very quiet, and since we moved by car it was all close enough. The parking space was essential. The host who welcomed us for check-in was kind, polite and helpful. We hope to be able to return soon.😊

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean equipped with great amenities. It is clear that it has recently been renovated and with appreciable choices. It is particularly quiet, in the center of the village and close to the streets that lead to fantastic natural places. The host is very helpful.

The stay in the apartment was really something special! It looks even more beautiful than in the photos and is super well maintained. On foot you can reach pretty much everything you want to see in Cagliari. Restaurants and shopping street are also within walking distance. The beach is a 10-minute drive away. Communication was super nice and flexible. Only the scent inside the living room takes some getting used to - maybe a little too much room fragrance. The parking situation is a bit difficult on site, but with patience you always find something. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

Nicola was a great host. Open communication, quick response, and was flexible with check in during our stay. The property was in very clean condition and had such amazing views. I don’t have a single complaint to make about our stay here.
