Sehr schönes Haus. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Der Garten ist perfekt gepflegt, es gibt ein Grill. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Auch das Haustier ist kein Problem. Sehr nett, man darf den kleinen Kräutergarten benutzen. Fussläufig ist alles erreichbar (Bars, Strand, Restaurants (Kuhdamm ist empfehlenswert). Wir waren zu siebt und es war perfekt, es würden aber auch mehr Personen gehen, ohne das es zu voll wird.

Das Appartement war super schön, Highlight ist das offene Wohn-/Esszimmer mit dem großzügigen Balkon und dem tollen Blick auf den See. Es ist nicht zu beschreiben, wie toll es war auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken und mit diesem Ausblick in den Tag zu starten und/oder den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Für alles war gesorgt. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Sympathique endroit proche de Lecco (même à pied), idéale pour explorer la région, place de parking privé, j'y retournerais volontiers.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage. Der öffentliche Badestrand ist praktisch vor der Haustür und die Stadt mit vielen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Schiffsanlegestelle hat man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreicht. Der Gastgeber Stefano hat uns persönlich Empfangen und war immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft blitzsauber. Außerdem gibt es einen großen, gepflegten Garten den man benutzen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay in Elisabetta’s apartment in Bellagio. The apartment is really lovely, as per the photos (if not nicer in real life), plus you have the use of an outdoor balcony/courtyard (which was ideal for giving our small dog some outdoor space) with patio table and chairs. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the town and a stone’s throw from the ferry service, restaurants, shops and bars. Accessing the apartment by car is a little tight through the narrow ZTL area if you have a SUV-type car, but we were provided with extremely helpful instructions to guide us through. We also really want to highlight just how accommodating, kind and friendly Elisabetta was throughout our stay. She was always available, checked in on how our stay was going and really helped us out by providing us a place to store our luggage after we’d checked out. A standout host! 🩷 We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Aycan ist ein Top Gastgeber! Wir wurden direkt herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben! Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, war Aycan sofort und unkompliziert erreichbar. Die Unterkunft hat eine ideale Lage, um direkt zum Strand von Domaso zu gelangen. Ebenso befindet sich ein Supermarkt sowie mehrere Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Ich kann Aycan als Gastgeber und seine Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen! :-)

We stayed as a family of 3 adults and from booking to departure I have zero complaints. Anna and Stefano were wonderful hosts. I would certainly recommend staying there as the accommodation is in a perfect location with beautiful views over Como. 2 balconies guaranteeing all day sun, especially the living room balcony for the wonderful views. Loved Bellagio and it was an ideal base to explore Lake Como and take a day trip to Milan. I would not hesitate in booking again when visiting Lake Como. Grazie Mille 🇮🇹❤️😎

This Airbnb was the perfect spot for us while staying in Bellagio. It is a walk up a gradual incline so it is a little tricky with suitcases, but doable in under 20 mins! And well worth it—the Airbnb is gorgeous, it has a backyard, a balcony and the view is even better in person than the photos, and it was nice to be away from the crowds during the busy season. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the views. And the kitchen is quite large! We had all the amenities we needed to cook, and there’s a nearby grocery store. Loved it!

An alle, die am Comer See sonnen und strahlen wollen, findet euch in dieser Unterkunft ein! Denn so wie in diesem Heim soll es sein. Die Sterne sprechen für sich und damit verabschieden wir dich, Colico :)

Thank you so much for an amazing stay! The place is beautiful and the views cannot be beat. Michael and Cosima were super responsive at all hours and helped us with anything we needed. The only downside was that we felt the distance from town and any amenities was downplayed. We ended up spending a lot of time, effort and money reaching the lake as it was a long walk down and then getting a taxi back up. Would not recommend with small children if you do not have a car. It was also very hot when we visited so that made it hard as well. The views truly are amazing and we would recommend 10/10 for families with older children that can do the walks. Thank you again!

This is the best place to relax!!!

Die Unterkunft war wie schon auf den Bildern zu erahnen, traumhaft schön. Die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein und man kann morgens wunderschön mit seeblick einen Kaffe trinken oder Abends mit dem zur Verfügung gestellten Grill essen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Unterkunft und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Elisabetta war sehr zuvorkommend und hat am ersten Tag nach unserer späten Ankuft sogar noch ein Restaurant für uns reserviert. Generell hat sie immer innerhalb von wenigen min auf Fragen geantwortet und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage ist super für Ausflüge rund um den Comer See. Aber auch der Ort der Unterkunft bietet einen schönen kleinen Strand sowie Promenade. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We enjoyed a full week at this beautiful apartment and loved every minute of it. Perledo is a peaceful and friendly village and we not only enjoyed the local cuisine but also to cook and relax in the apartment and on the terrace. You have everything you need and it is very clean and nice furnished. Thanks for this great holiday!

Maria Giuseppina e suo Marito ci hanno accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Sono stati precisi nelle indicazioni per raggiungere i piani di bobbio. L' appartamento è ben arredato, ben attrezzato e dotato di tutti i confort necessari! Inoltre sono stati molto gentili a far trovare un piccolo regalino per nostro figlio di 3 anni. Fantastic stay in San Giovanni. Absolutely stunning views of the lake, and well worth the hike up the road to get there. The home is gorgeous, well maintained, and excellent for small groups. Would highly recommend. That said, it’s not the most accessible if you don’t have a car to drive to the nearby towns, so make sure you bring your walking shoes if so! We loved walking around the beautiful, charming neighbourhood and the surrounding towns. About 20mins to get to Bellagio and there is also a bus. Marzia was extremely helpful and very responsive. A lovely host and very welcoming. We’ll be back!

Villa Lucini is a beautiful and peaceful retreat with stunning views and elegant design. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and every detail has been thoughtfully curated. Perfect for a relaxing getaway—highly recommended!

Marilena und Emilio sind herzliche und bemühte Gastgeber. Wir wären sogar gerne noch länger geblieben. Nur ein paar Schritte entfernt finden sich Restaurants und tolle Eisdielen und der Strand ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt auch eine Liegewiese mit Baumschatten und einem Kinderspielplatz. Die Terrasse in der Wohnung hat eine grandiose Aussicht. Leider ist sie nicht kindersicher, deshalb konnten wir sie nur manchmal nutzen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Anastasiya! Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wunderschön und man kann alles nutzen. Der Pool ist riesengroß und der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es gibt alles was man benötigt. Der Supermarkt ist ca 3min mit dem Auto entfernt. Ein bisschen laut sind die Hunde im Gehege nebenan. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 😊

Elisa’s place exceeded our already high expectations. We were very excited prior to arrival due to the beautiful design seen in the listing photos, the property was even nicer in person. The work was very well done with every little detail thought of. Elisa was a fantastic host, always responding quickly with excellent recommendations and advice. We couldn’t rate this place any higher!

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Anweisungen für den Check-in und Empfehlungen für die Gegend waren super ausführlich und hilfreich. Die Wohnung war super sauber und der Ausblick war atemberaubend, eine wirkliche Empfehlung wenn man den Comer See in etwas ruhigerer Lage erkunden möchte. Restaurants sind aber fussläufig und ein großer Supermarkt ist nicht weit mit dem Auto entfernt. Florian war ein toller und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber!
