Charming chalet with view of Gravedona and Lake Como. Surrounded by greenery, it's ideal for two or three people. At ground floor we have kitchen and living room with sofa bed, fireplace, and an outdoor area with barbecue and table for eating and chill. Upstairs, there are: bedroom, bathroom and two terraces. There is a public parking under the house and a private 50mt. far from the house. The chalet is located in Segna.

In Barzio, just a few kilometres from Milan (50 minutes) and a stone's throw from Lake Como, Chalet in the tranquillity of a park about 600 m from the village centre and less than 1 km from the Piani di Bobbio cable car. !! In the winter period for heating and electricity we will take meter readings, so the cost of heating will be on balance.
