Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Lecco

The location of the house was simply amazing. One could sit there for hours staring at the view :) The house was even better than expected. Instructions for arriving and getting were clear and the hostess proactively communicated with us. Everything in the house worked perfectly and there was enough equipment and dishes to serve a bigger family. We had zero problems and did not miss anything more from the house. Just perfect! Fiumelatte did not have services except the local restaurant (which was very nice), but the area was very peaceful and Varenna Center was only a 10-minute walk away. Varenna did not have bigger grocery stores, but there is one very good one 7 kilometres away. Car is pretty much required and the accommodation includes a garage for that. Bear in mind, that a big car would be a problem here.

Dear Yvonne, Thank you for the great time. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The large, fenced garden was great for our little son. He was able to get out on his own and play football. Yvonne's grandson was another plus as a great teammate. Yvonne was always quick to respond to questions. The location is great, great view, but not too high, so you are quickly on the main road. Large supermarkets and a shaded child-friendly beach 10 minutes away. We were very pleased and had a great time! Yvonne was very caring and if we go to Lake Comersee again, we will be happy to come back. Thank you, Stefanie, Robin and F

The place was as described and there was everything you need for a stay.

The lockbox to get your keys is not located where Google maps says for directions. it took a some time to locate where to get the keys. it's in town across from the ferry. near the ice cream shop.

We had an amazing time in this special place. The view and access to the lake are perfect and well above most other homes found around the lake. We'll be happy to go back!

Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

A very beautiful view from the balcony and a nice apartment. Limited walkability around the area and things to do, but perfect for just relaxing.

We had booked the place for 6 days. Paola and her husband Giacomo were extremely friendly, warm and helpful. ( e.g. they arranged a workshop directly after a flat tire.) They gave us many tips for excursions and beautiful places around the Como lake. The apartment is hidden in a quiet location on the mountain. Getting there can be a challenge for beginners. We will be happy to come back:)

If I could give the home (and Silvia) more than five stars I would. As beautiful as the view is in the pictures it doesn’t compare to being there in person. It is spectacularly beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and Silvia was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Very comfortable and clean unit. It is hard to describe in words the beautiful view of the lake from this unit. I spent many nights looking out the kitchen window to the night view across the lake. The owner met and assisted with our luggage from the taxi both when we were coming and leaving. What more can you ask for.

We LOVE Bellagio Love. This was an amazing place. The apartment is very close and walkable to the ferry at San Giovanni , Villa Melzi and Gardens as well as to the center of Bellagio. There are plenty of hills and roads are tight but walkable. People who have trouble walking can take a handy, small tour train that stops near the apartment and will take you to sites in the town. The apartment is comfortable for four adults and well appointed. Clean!!! The pool was lovely. The Il Lombardia bike race came right by the house on Sunday, so Saturday evening was a bit noisy with activity but still exciting to be on the route.. The hosts were VERY helpful. Watch the videos they send to assist as they are necessary to make finding the apartment easier. This place made a life long dream of visiting Lago di Como even better! I hope we can return someday!

Maddalena's apartment in Perledo had stunning views of the lake. The flat was a perfect base for us a family of 4 to explore Lake Como. The drive up to Perledo can be a bit scary with sharp bends, but very accessible. There are separate walking path for pedestrians to climb down to Verenna and back. For those who don't fancy a hike, I was told there is a bus service too. Maddalena was lovely and waited for us at check in to make sure we found the place all right. She also generously left us an Easter special goodie box which was very kind. The garage to keep the car was very useful as not many places have that facility. But the best thing about this flat is the view! Loved catching the view of the lake at dawn and dusk...Thank you for a memorable stay.

Such a nice view through the balcony. It was clean and nice place to stay. Luca is friendly. Responds my matters within minutes. Only thing was we were not able to handle room tempreture as we want, he was handling it through app. How ever highly recommend this place for calm stay!!

This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

Great communication with Nadia. Superb view and location close to the center about 10 minutes. Large garage ok for A6 station wagon. Very clean flat. Only point of improvement: Random Wifi but the view of the lake allows you to disconnect 😉 Thanks to Nadia for the discussions. 👍👍👍👍

Stunning location and a beautiful apartment! Couldn’t recommend more

We had a great time at Marta's place. The apartment is very clean, very bright, with magnificent views from the different terraces. Marta is very nice. We wandered around a lot, the area is great.

Beautiful area, fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but a car is advisable because of the location. We enjoyed the time very much, also the SPA area is highly recommended. Communication with our host was also very good. We will be happy to come back!
