Beautiful and spacious and comfortable room with bathroom in a villa with a very well-kept garden, impeccable and pleasant cleanliness and abundant breakfast. Friendly and accurate Enzo, who welcomed us and gave us tips on places to visit in a really beautiful Sulmona and very rich in quality musical events worthy of note and in the surroundings simply fabulous. We will definitely be back.

Modern structure, 5 minutes by car from Pescara. Perfect for relaxing and escaping the daily hustle and bustle. Cristian was super kind, he welcomed us with a fridge full of drinks and breakfast supplies. Highly recommended!!!

The apartment is very comfortable, quiet and bright, equipped with everything you might need on your holiday. You can see how much love the host put into it. You feel right at home! The location is very good - right next to the beach, 10 min walk from the city center Piazza Salotto, surrendered by many restaurants and bars, but still very peaceful and quiet. Lara Maria was a great host, very responsive and friendly. We can totally recommend the place!

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

i stayed 2 nights with my boyfriend at Walter's place. From the first moment, he was very hospitable. He let us in a little early without any problem and offered us an aperitif. We met part of her family, likeable people, nice and very kind. Our room had a private bathroom with all the comforts. Wide and clean spaces. Both the bedroom and bathroom were really complete with everything. The very special room, even we could choose to turn on the lights or spotlights on the floor for a more "romantic" environment. Breakfast was not included, but Walter made us find a great coffee in the morning. Walter's home is a really great place to stay as well as an artistic residence worthy of being called that. The location of the house is very central: 300 meters you are in the center and if you want to move to go to neighboring cities there are many bus stops nearby. If we go back to Chieti, it will be our choice again!

Wonderful apartment to stay in the center of Pescara! Great amenities and easy to go on foot around the city. We also received advice for parking and where to go for great food. Recommended!!

the apartment is impeccably arranged, we slept in two couples (very comfortable sofa bed with mattress of at least 15 centimeters) and we had a great time. Surely the availability and kindness of the owner are the strengths. 50 meters from the facilities

Everything was perfect, easy to access and very clean. Centrally located, 5 minutes from the central station and 15 minutes from the beach. The host was nice and helpful, with restaurant recommendation and quick answer to any of our questions.Pick this place when you are in Pescara! It’s really worth it! Grazie mille!

House clean and well located for the. Ski facilities of Campo di Giove. Ilpaese is very nice and within walking distance of the house. Matteo was very kind and friendly in everything! We will definitely be back!

It’s so dreamy and has the most beautiful and peaceful views. The infinity pool was amazing, it was a hit with our entire family including my 2 year old. The property is immaculately decorated, so clean and updated and the property has state of the art security features. The host was sooo sweet. We were gifted with homemade baked goods and olive oil from the owners farm. This was the perfect stay! Thank you for the warmest hospitality

What to say to summarise an incredible stay... The property itself is beautiful, run by a passionate group of people, with incredible produce grown on site or by their neighbours. We had expected to go to visit local restaurants but instead spent both nights in the winery sampling the home cooked food and incredible wine. Despite being 40 minutes to an hour from central Rome the property was incredibly peaceful and quiet, with views overlooking the vineyard. Waking up to see the clouds moving across the mountains and Rome in the distance was lovely, with ample outdoor room to sit and relax in. Maria could not have made us feel more welcome, going out of her way to help us sample the very best authentic Italian food and wine, align with suggestions for our ongoing trip. 1000 words isn't enough, I cannot recommend this enough. Also Cleo is an absolute star 🥰
