From the property, there are several paths that allow guests to take relaxing walks. The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Despite being a stone's throw from the main street full of life, clubs and pubs, the area remains away from the noise of nightlife. La Pulchella has a private entrance and is located on the ground floor with a delightful private courtyard adjoining. The thickness of the ancient walls offers a pleasant natural freshness that does not make the air conditioner necessary.

Cocoon of Gran Sasso

"O blissful solitudo, or alone bliss" Immersed in the tranquility of nature and a few meters from the Annorsi Fountain and its precious spring water, the "Rifugio del Gran Sasso" was a barn for sheep. After years of abandonment, converted for residential and receptive use, he found a second life thanks to a skilful renovation that, despite respecting the context, has used the latest technologies such as the floor-to-ceiling thermal system or the ventilated structure of the roof

Iu Ruschiu

Detached house, close to the center of the village of Capestrano, located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Splendid detached villa on a plot of about one hectare, with olive groves, centuries-old oak and enchanting views of the green Roveto Valley. Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and bike rides, horseback riding, visits to hermitages. A few km away: Sora, the enchanting waterfall of Isola del Liri, Posta Fibreno lake, Zompo lo Schioppo nature reserve, Sponga park, Balsorano castle, Claudio's tunnels and Alba Fucens.

The house is tastefully furnished in rustic style and equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay. the owners live permanently in a cabin located on the same land
