Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of L'Aquila

Emanuele's villa gave me and my friends a perfect New Year's Eve. We were greeted with kindness and care, the apartments were clean, well equipped and spacious. It was nice to feel “at home,” we hope to be back soon!

We were completely satisfied with everything. A super nice place to stay with the charm of the small mountain village. If you are looking for something quiet and special, this is the place to be. Alesandra and Alesandro welcomed us superbly and helped us with all questions. Thanks for the wonderful time!

This is the second time we have been guests of Emanuele (and, if we want to, it will not be the last) and I think this is enough to make it clear how much we enjoyed ourselves. The accommodation is perfect and has everything you need, it is in a strategic position to reach a number of places to visit and Emanuele is of a rare kindness.

We had a great time, Francesca and Sestina were very helpful and courteous. The house is cozy, clean, tidy and has two balconies that we have used a lot. We leave it with regret.

We had a wonderful time here. The location is ideal and the house is very spacious and had all conveniences that we needed. We also appreciated that the hosts were very friendly and responsive in communicating and helping to resolve small issues. Thank you 🌞

We stayed at this wonderful farmhouse on the first weekend of March and despite the rainy day it was enchanting. The farmhouse left us speechless, much more beautiful than the photos! Extremely cared for both internally and externally, welcoming and warm! But the added value that made the difference was the owners were very sweet and welcoming people who, as if that were not enough, they made us find a small aperitif and their homemade jams! They also offered us the opportunity to arrive a little earlier and stay a little after checkout! The house is stocked with EVERYTHING! Brace and fireplace a surplus! Highly recommended, we'll be back!

we stayed at Simonetta's house the week of Ferragosto. The accommodation is spacious, tastefully furnished and very well supplied with everything. The garden is lovely and very pleasant for dining. The beach, various restaurants and the supermarket are within walking distance Special thanks to Simonetta for her thoughtful and attentive welcome, like a family member!

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Great apartment with lots of space. Raffaele was always available and not only gave us many good tips in advance such as restaurants and shopping facilities, but also brought us by specialties of the area as well as cold drinks (water, wine) and olive oil in advance. The instruction in the apartment was personal and uncomplicated. Special mention should be made of the great beach place with its own, very large, permanently installed umbrella and 4 loungers in the beach section opposite (2 min. walk), as well as the private pool, both of which are only available for your own use and free of charge. Towels were changed and the apartment cleaned in between! The very clean apartment also includes 4 bicycles with which we liked to drive almost every evening the short distance (20 min/6 km) to Pescara. There is a beautiful city with a pedestrian zone and shops as well as other restaurants. In short, great and thanks to Raffaele!

Nine friends who had not seen each other for years who were able to enjoy the little time together in a beautiful, comfortable space, equipped with all the comforts. The house is clean and tidy (to the point of having closets with shelves labeled with various accessories), we felt at home from the first moment. Francesca, the host, is kind and helpful. During our stay it snowed a lot and Francesca took care to know how we were and did everything to allow us to be calm and enjoy the magical place where we were. A beautiful experience.

We had a quiet and pleasant weekend at this villa. Quiet place away from noise. Marco was very kind, he gave us directions to the area and where to eat in. Villa as described, surrounded by nature. Spacious and clean environments. Pleasantly satisfied
