We had a great time. Everything was fine with Barbara. Clean good air conditioning nice bathroom also the beds were comfortable. I'd love to come back.

Everything is very clean and tidy. Compact apartment with new appliances. Kitchen peninsula a little narrow if you want to cook but functional.

The apartment is in a quiet area, but the points of interest are within walking distance. Free parking is available outside the house or in the immediate vicinity. Hosts who are helpful and very friendly. I recommend this solution.

Everything is perfect.. comfortable area in the center but at the same time quiet.. Very well cared for in the details... brand new bathroom! Perfect towels! The lady is kind and helpful! I recommend it!!

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Pleasant accommodation, somewhat spartan furnishings but the amount of trinkets scattered everywhere makes you immediately feel "the sea" in a pleasant way, you feel at home because it is small and intimate and there is nothing missing to spend even more than a week of relaxation, even if it is a condominium there is a lot of respect for the condominiums both for the schedules and for the noises, the location allows you to walk directly to the beaches in about ten minutes, which are very organized and well maintained. For us it was a pleasant discovery.... Definitely recommended.

Ennio' place is a lovely place, with everything we needed. We spent 5 days here and it was a very great, peaceful holiday. Only one minor comment: Th mattress of the bed was too soft. The village is beautiful, and the closeness of Trieste is very comfortable. 100% recommend, we will definitely come back here!

We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

Perfect Airbnb for a beach vacation. Apartment right in the old town on a large square (it could therefore get louder in the evening but is quiet from 11:30 PM at the latest (except for the water fountains). However, this was never a problem for us, we were still able to sleep very well. The kitchen offers everything you need for cooking. Giovanni always responds very quickly and gave us tips for the area (pizzeria opposite the complex with the best pizzas). It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. There we had 2 loungers included for a week.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

Teresa was very accommodating and let us check in a little bit earlier. The location was perfect for two adults and two small children including a baby. We would happily book Teresa's apartment again.

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness.
